overall ambiance of property was very nice. the problem with the stay the cable on the TV NEVER worked always freezing or message would say “weak signal etc. Continuously called the front desk for this problem to be fixed our whole stay and was told by front desk “go through all the channels it will work after that and engineer will be sent” we did this several times and same issue, nothing was resolved and no engineering ever came to fix the issue. Another issue was the toilet stopped working and would not flush. Asked the day before for it to be rectified nothing was done. we were unable to use the toilet all night due to fear of the toilet overflowing, which is very unacceptable due to me being pregnant. We called again the next morning for it to be fixed and this is when someone finally came. we also asked to switch rooms to another room and was told it will be noted and to call back in the morning. We called back next morning and was told no notation was placed and we were also told they were booked for the week and our room couldn’t be changed. Also our room was cleaned everyday but the sheets were never changed the whole time we stayed there. we stayed at this hotel for 4 days.

Average room, and we were there for 3 nights and though we had a do not disturb sign on the door for a small amount of time, we did not receive any house keeping. We asked for toilet paper from one of the cleaning staff, but it was never put in the room.

I work overnights, I showed up At 8 am after my shift. I understand check-in is at 4 o’clock, I asked if I could check in early and they said There were no rooms available because housekeeping had just gotten there. I watched two women get a room after about an hour and I slept on the couch in the lobby in my scrubs for three hours before a manager came over and told me she didn’t realize I was waiting on a room. I understand my abnormal schedule should not interfere with regular business policies but all the other hotels in the area have let me check in early.

Every time I stay at your Hotel as an honors member. I get a room with issues. Bathroom no hot water, TV doesn't work properly, Room wasn't made up had to go back down to the desk. Also no Comp water for Honors member.
