10/10 I was super hesitant bc the reviews are mixed but the location is amazing. The room was super spacious. Everything was walking distance -> north end was a 5 min walk.

Have stayed many times over the years. This time felt like their standards had fallen: smoky room, lumpy bed, they now charge for a bathrobe (?), and they dropped the coffee service in the lobby. I was disappointed.

This was the worst hotel I had been to in terms of service. They didn't recognize the VIP access that Expedia had offered me, I even contacted the manager via email and there was no response. Never again will I go to this hotel and never again will I trust Expedia the way I did before.

Just wasn’t worth the cost and certainly didn’t feel 4 star. Staff were begrudgingly friendly. Rooms were lackluster, towels were scratchy, beds very cheap and uncomfortable (think squeaky old spring mattress).
Wouldn’t recommend. There has to be better hotels in Boston.

This property was run down and tired. AC in room didnt work, TV didnt work properly, had to leave it on the whole time otherwise we had to unplug it to turn it on or turn it off.
Other than a great location close to Nortb End, Downtown, Beacon Hill, etc, I can't recommend it. Plus an upcharge "Destination Fee" that was ridiculous.

The cost of self-parking was not clear at the time of booking. They listed the rate for valet parking, but no indication of price on self-parking.

The hotel is nice but the room is not the cleanest because the shower was dirty and there were spiderwebs in the room. But, it is close to the most visited sites. Also, they will charge extras without your knowledge for things you don’t even know about. Not to be forgotten, the checkout receipt is not accurate with the charges made to the card. They actually charged more than what was put on the receipt and no email communication as to what the charges were about.

The hotel itself was gorgeous and without flaw. There were moments where it sounded like baseball bats on dumpsters on the street below.

This was a great stay great place and well please. I was a little disappointed with the “CONVENIENCE “ fee tacked on that must be paid at time of check in. Of 40.00 bucks a night. Actually that’s more than a little disappointing. Lure u in with great rate and the slam it on ya.

I arrived on a flight from London a few hours early. The guy at the desk told me a room was ready for me, but it would cost me to check in early. This is not the kind of service I would expect from a Millennium.

Great place to stay to be in the middle of everything! Really enjoyed our stay - only thing to note is the standard rooms do not have a microwave or fridge and there was only one elevator that worked- which made it busy for st paddy’s weekend! But overall great stay and worth the price!

There was only one working elevator, every time you wanted to leave you had to wait a while for the lift and then stuff yourself into a packed elevator.

I thought the overall experience was amazing. The location was central to everything! My one complaint was that the mini fridge in our room was fully stocked with beverages, so there was no room to refrigerate any perishable baked goods from the bakeries that I wanted to buy from.

We loved the location, we did not like the high prices in the restaurant/bar the draft beer tap line was offline for the four nights were stayed, there is no excuse for that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
