“Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. “There was very little we liked about the help we received from the person at the front desk. They advertised they had a shuttle to and from Naples airport. There was not a shuttle. We had to take a taxi for 100 euros each way to get to hotel Zeus and back to the airport. When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel for the shuttle and was told the driver would call us to set up a pick. About 45 minutes later we gave up waiting and took a taxi for 100 euros. “It was perfect, the view absolutely stunning.”

“It’s a beautiful property. We just visited and the season is nearly over so we were not able to use the pool or the grotto. The breakfast was very nice and you could ask for made to order eggs, fresh juice and coffee. We had amazing massages outside on a terrace arranged by the staff. They also went out of their way to help us with our private transfers. It was so peaceful, It felt like a true slice of paradise!”

My only comment is that this is an upscale hotel and so if you’re dressed more casually like I did when I arrived, you may feel like changing.”
