“Hotel and staff was amazing”

“Lovely property, room was delightful. Beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. The girls on reception were great, helpful, recommending restaurants etc and always smiley. Breakfast great too. If only it was a little nearer the station, but no big deal, good for the step count!”

“The hotel room oveloooked a giant sea crane that sent diesel fumes into our $500. a nite room. It was sickening. Now the hotel.is shorting the return of my $3000 by $1500. There is not even a place to park.”

“Das Hotel ist für Tagesreisen ausgelegt, das Frühstück bzw. dessen Angebot wechselt nicht. Die Dachterasse ist an Wochenenden mit Feierlichkeiten belegt, der Pool ist sehr klein und quasi nicht nutzbar weil es nur Sonnenliegen und keine Sonnenschirme gibt, man wird quasi gegrillt. Ansonsten schönes Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal, aber unserer Ansicht hat nach nur für kurze Aufenthalte geeignet.”

“The staff and property were exceptional. A magnificent architectural jewel of the Liberty’ period owned by a retired NATO commander who is a delight along with his son Alex and his mother. The young receptionists are enthusiastic about the town and the myriad of attractions. The only thing that could have made it better was the taxi service. Neither going from the airport by small bus or in the taxi on the way to Sorrento was any a/c but both drivers were courteous and most pleasant. The Villa……

“Check-in was super easy with the lovely receptionist looking after us (2 couples) all the way through from greeting us to opening the room doors and showing us around.”
