LaBarbera was absolutely beautiful!!! The family that owns and runs the B&B is amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. I really think we found a gem with views and style - even better than the pictures.

This hotel was above and beyond... from the second we walked in, the staff ensured we felt like we are on vacation. They assisted us with as many things as possible. This is a hidden gem. We were reluctant to stay here because it had a 3-star rating, but the choices of other hotels went away as the weekend closed in on us (last minute trip), so we decided to stay here. The rooms are spacious, the views are amazing and the staff was wonderful and helpful. The area is quiet and private and is right in between Amalfi and Positano so you have access to both!

Villa Gianlica was one of the highlights of our two week trip to Italy. We stayed in a terrace room (#10) and loved the ocean view and private terrace. Marika in reception was wonderful to us throughout our stay. Breakfast was perfect. The pool and breakfast area are beautiful with amazing views. This hotel is a hidden gem in Praiano with easy access to Positano and Amalfi.

Loved the view. If you are looking for the best view on the Amalfi coast you will have it here. Staff was amazing. AC was best on the trip for sure of all hotels over 3 weeks in Italy!!! Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!! Will reccomend the hotel to MANY others, but not the HOT salad!!

If I could give this hotel a higher rating, I would. The property and setting are absolutely spectacular. But it doesn't stop there. I have never received such a high quality of service anywhere in the world. From the minute you get on property the staff make you feel like a king. The staff here at the front desk are really wonderful. I am terrible with names (both the remembering and the spelling) so I am not sure but I want to say Agnes, Ivanah and another woman. They recommended great places to go, setup a wonderful wine tasting, and just generally were very pleasant to work with throughout. Our room (the Mediterranean room) was wonderful with a very private balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom was blessedly nice. I find a lot of European hotels have terrible...

We enjoyed our stay . The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our was big and the view of the coast from our room was magical . The bartender at the bar is so pleasant and helped us out a lot his drinks were also so good. The hotel is about a 20 min drive to Positano and Amalfi . The walk to the beach is about 8 mins and there are 2 restaurant options by the beach which were good

The hotel is family owned and they are so helpful and accommodating and are there all the time as they live upstairs. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the craziness of Positano. The hotel sits right on the main road, so you do have road noise since all the cars, buses and vespas travel this one road. Our room had a huge balcony with an amazing view of the water and coast. You must walk a little way (5-7 min) in either direction to a bus stop to take the bus to other towns, like Positano...

Perfect accommodations for our 3 nights in Praiano. Room was large and clean and the terrace was awesome. We ate breakfast every morning on the terrace and enjoyed the sunshine and ocean views. It was an easy 20-ish minute walk for us to get to the main area of Praiano and was also walking distance to the beach as well as the Praiano entrance to the Path of Gods. Value was awesome, would recommend.

Really good place between Positano and Praiano!!! Nice area to hang out with a nice swimming pool and our room was perfect with jacuzzi in our bathroom and a balcony with a perfect view of Positano and Praiano. Staff did any thing to keep you well served and supper attentive to all our needs

Gorgeous views! Lovely hotel! Exquisite food! Great wedding venue. The owner was such a warm and wonderful guy. Picked me up off my feet and swing me around to tell me goodbye. We fell in love with all the people, from the guy who carried our luggage down all the stairs and back up to the special guy who made me cappuccinos with hearts in them every morning. Nice breakfast. Great restaurant for dinner. Convenient location on the "main drag" along the Amalfi coast. Do NOT miss Ravello!!! Oh, my!!...
