Ridiculous to start at 6 am in the morning hearing the noise of the vacuum cleaner. No view outside from the room, hair dryer broke and non functional, even after I spoke with the receptionist . Poor customer service.

Recommend this place without any reservations.
The hotel has a good location for walking around and grocery stores, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend using the restaurant in the hotel as the food is absolutely delicious and portions are large. Menu is varied and has something for everyone..The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The room we had, a family suite had parking included and it is onsite. The view was fantastic at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Twice we arrived at the restaurant at the last minute and they served us anyway. Breakfast is great. Easy walk to old town. Note that some rooms are A/C and some are not and some rooms are on the 4th floor with only stairs. Not a big deal for me, but others may need to book carefully. I would stay there again. On site parking was helpful.

Nice hotel, I had the business room. Large room with jacusi. Small balcony. Missing was complimentary bottled water and facial tissues. Breakfast was very good. Dinner service a little slow. Goulash okay but couldn't do a small side salad.

I was very impressed about the hotel, very clean, in walking distance from center, very professional staff from reception to the restaurant waitress and the most important they make you feel welcome!!!

Location of hotel was good as was the room. The breakfast was of a high standard. We found the reception staff somewhat offhanded that did not set the scene well. We were also very disappointed not to be able to use the spa area because we were staying the 3 star part of the property. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that the wellness centre is not available to the 3 star section - mis leading advertising.

We were very pleased with the front desk staff who were very helpful, and the Hotel had its own unique vibe. Now maybe we got them at a bad time but the dinner service in the restaurant the night we stayed there needed improvement.

The perfect place
This is a great place to stay. Most of brasov top things to sightsee is in walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Tge room were very clean and spacious. We love our stay and decided that this is the only hotel we will stay when in brasov.

The place to stay in Brasov Romania
This place is amazing. The room was clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful in providing service during your stay. This hotel is perfectly located for one to do sightseeing. Most of Brasov top places to see is only an 10 - 20 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very Good breakfast, convenient location, and spacious rooms. The staff was very helpful, they resolved an issue with our reservation that was caused by Expedia. This hotel has two sections one with air-conditioning and elevator and another without. I was searching for hotels with both AC and elevator and this hotel came up so I booked two rooms but they turned out to be in the section without A/C or elevator. However, the staff helped us resolve the issue at a cost. Be careful when booking through Expedia, and try the A/C as soon as you check in to make sure it works, because it did not work in one of the rooms but we didn't find out until bedtime late at night.

Average 3-star Hotel
The hotel is rather average. What the Hotels.com website does not show is that the hotel is divided in a 3-star part and a 4-star part. The 3-star part doesn’t have air conditioning. The breakfast is basic, but not bad. Rooms look rather cheaply furnished, and my bathroom did not have any amenities in it (shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc). Staff looked rather sullen, but that may be cultural.

Very good and convenient.
The hotel is very good and convenient. We took the Deluxe Suite on the top floor. It is composed of two floors. Have toilets and bathrooms on both floors. Clean and in very good conditions. The air conditioning is good.

We had a large family room for three people and it felt cozy. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The hotel is quiet, though it is in the city center. The breakfast had a variety of choices and was tasty. I would definitely come back

We did not get the room that we booked. We asked for a double deluxe with balcony, we got a small dark room with a skylight. When we asked at the reception to change the room they claimed the hotel is fully booked. Well, we are clients too!!! Finally the staff at the reception who are courteous but not smily found us a 2 twin bed room with a big window. The question is why us who booked a few weeks ago a double deluxe room with balcony, could not get what we paid for when we arrived before 5pm.

Our stay was not the best experience.
Overall we were not very happy with our stay given the price of the hotel vs other options. While the outside of the hotel is pretty modern and eye catching, on the inside the rooms are pretty dated. The wifi did not work on our floor at all, our showerhead was broken and the TV cut out every few minutes. The first night we arrived pretty late and very tired, and we were instructed to park in the garage only to be woken up 6 hours later at 9 AM to be told that we have to move it. The staff was not overly enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is a postive, only a few minutes away from old town and touristy area's. The hotel grounds and rooms were clean.

Ordered room service, waited an hour, didn't show up. When I followed up, receptionist was rude and argumentative. Staff wouldn't take any responsibility for losing the order. Seemed to have had no training in basic customer service whatsoever. Had to go to the hotel manager to be heard.

Awesome staff! Just “ok” accommodations
Fantastic front desk support in perfect English. Very accommodating. Beds were horrible uncomfortable. Room was just “ok” the distance to the city center was a nice 15 min walk.
