“Leider war das Zimmer - gleich neben der Rezeption - sehr hellhörig und man konnte alle weiteren Gäste, auch wenn diese sich leise verhielten, das Hotel betreten hören. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das Spannleintuch am Bett zu klein und es löste sich während der Nacht sehr leicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Es gab warmgehalten Spiegeleier, Toastbrot, Aufschnitt, Joghurt und sonstige Basics.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and much bigger than we were expecting. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and the softer bed in the lounge area was great as well. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was excellent. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Brasov Old Town, making it easy to explore the area, and it was also very easy to reach from the airport. Estzer, our host, was lovely, and every member of staff we met was super helpful……

“Perfect location for pretty much everything in Brașov. Check in process was easy and the staff member was lovely. Our room was ridiculously hot when we got there, every radiator was on, so had to sit with the door open to get rid of the heat. There was no safe in the room which is my only real negative thing. Breakfast was good, lots of choice, no english breakfast tea though which was a shame, and strange choice of juices (grapefruit and peach) no orange or apple. We would stay there again if……

“Receptionist can be nicer and more thoughtful in reminding checking out at 12:00, especially for a guest checked in 1a.m. and hotel has no available slot therefore have to park somewhere else”

“A truly beautiful place, with incredibly friendly staff, a marvelous view, and very convenient access to many attractions. Ski rentals are right on-site, along with transportation to the gondola. We loved it and will definitely be back!”

“Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Ausblick zum Schloss Bran wirklich einmalig. Außerdem muss ich anmerken, dass das Zimmer wirklich schön eingerichtet und sauber ist. Bezüglich Frühstück gibt es insgesamt 4 Menüs zur Auswahl, welche mit Liebe angerichtet sind.”

“淋浴空間太细少。厠所門不能關閉，令人鑑介。房間設備有改善的必要。但旅館位置優越，而日間有前臺服務，使顧客安心，並協助我電召計程車。”

“Apartment is fairly basic and has all the things needed. Location is good if you want to be in a quiet road within 20 min walk into old town city center. Good restairant nearby. Coffee shop with basic breakfast too. Parking is next to the apartment which worked well.”
