The hotel is five minutes walking to the old town. Facilities are so so. Only 3 in one instant coffee provided in the room, even there is not good coffee machine in the eating area for the breakfast. Indoor Parking is about 20 Euro/night.

Bratislava Gem!
The front desk staff were very helpful throughout my entire stay. The location is perfect and my room was comfortable- just what I needed after a long day of travel!

Lovely hotel in a great area which is handy for everything in the town centre and the river. Only issue I had was a lot of noise, building work I think, quite early in the morning.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town Bratislava and Danube shore and is newly refurbished. Garage is small and you need to prebook space if you need one. Hotel serves decent and delicious breakfast

Good breakfast, smelly room
Our room wasn't the greatest, it smelled of formerly being a smoking room. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, they let us park our car in the hotel garage for free for 4 hrs before we moved our park to friends office parking space. Breakfast was excellent and the service was caring and always on hand.

Good o ernight
Was good. We had two twin beds, mine was comfy but my husband said his sank in the middle. They have a wellness area which is good. Bar seemed to be closed at night. Not too many restaurants open, as not many tourists have returned yet. Just around corner from city center walking area. Great breakfast.

בלילה הראשון היה סביר למרות שמזדרון בקומה שלנו היה עם ריח לא נעים. אחרי ארוחת בוקר הודיעו לנו שאנחנו היחידים במלון ולכן לא יהיה אף אחד בקבלה ואנו נצטרך לפתוח את המלון עם הכרטיס שלנו-אם הייתי רוצה לגור במקום ללא נוכחות של נותן השירות הייתי שוכרת דירה ומשלמת פחות. בערב לא היה מים חמים ולא היה לי למי לפנות. בבוקר למחרת זה המשיך בכך שגם לא הייתה ארוחת בוקר בופה אלא נתנו לנו תפריט שחצי ממנו לא היה במלאי. בסוף אכלנו חביתה עם גבינה וקצת ירקות בצד ושתינו קפה. גם בבוקר למחרת הדפוס הזה חזר על עצמו. אז חוץ ממיקום קרוב למרכז ומיזוג . אויר לא הייתי ממליצה על שהות במלון זה. אגב בכל השהות לא ניקו אצלנו וגם לא שאלו אם צריכים משהו מבחינת ניקיון

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review and opinion. We are plesed that you appreciate the location of our hotel in the city center as well the air conditioning during these hot summer days. We appologize that there were some situations which made your stay not so comfortable. If you would inform the reception with any request or objection, the situation and the problem would certainly be solved. During your 3 nights stay only once for half of a day due to circumstances was the reception closed. Before it you have been informed how to leave and entry the hotel, as well about phone number you can call anytime if you have question or a problem. After reception informed you about closing for half of a day, you didn´t complain, so we are sorry to read your dissapointment now. As in the hotel during your stay had been accommodated also some other rooms without problems with hot water, needed only let the water run a little longer. Breakfast is served in the form subject to availability, but in any case is provided, what guest chooses. Breakfast menu contains everything what is served for buffet, so it is not possible some food was not available. During all your stay you had on the door the card „don´t disturb“ so the cleaning ladies couldn´t entry your room and you didn´t ask on the reception to change towels or for cleaning neither. All services you paid for were provided to you. Except your complains, hope you enjoy the time here.

We stay here for 3 nights in September 2019. The hotel was great. A clean decent size room, a very good breakfast, staff where very friendly and helpful (for example, they stored our bags as we had a later flight) and the hotel was in a good quiet location. We where tourist and the hotel is in a good location for tourists. Sites are close and there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk. General Bratislava old town is easy to walk around and so we only used public transport to get to Slavin and Devin. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Hotel Avance. It s location is excellent...close to all the sights of the historic Old Town and the River. The Hotel has a relatively small number of rooms which enables the staff to have time to engage with visitors.All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean and although facing the street, it was quiet at all times. The breakfast was very good. There was a wide choice and additional hot food could also be ordered. We would highly recommend Hotel Avance for a stay in Bratislava!

A great choice a short walk from the old city
Great location, a couple of blocks from the city square and the old city. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast small but fine. No complaints.
