Entire facility was very old and worn out, was dirty. The furniture was broken everything in my room at outlive this life long ago. The bedroom door shut OK but you couldn’t lock it. Striker for the deadbolt didn’t line up with the Plate. The sliding closet doors wouldn’t function. It was stuck in one position. The sign is falling off the bedroom door. Overall, a big disappointment and I would probably never go there again.

The town is super small and the rooms are clean but very outdated. It felt like camp 🏕️ which was what we were looking for. The pool and hot tub was amazing! I wish the rooms were more updated but overall it was great!!!

The location was very central to high way and food choices. The restaurant attached to it was great. Sadly, during my stay some of the other guests were rather loud and it lead to bad sleep. Good rate.

Overall decent room, spacious for the price, and bonus that it is pet friendly. I would stay again if I had my dog with me and was going to be out hiking and just needed a place to sleep.

Affordability and location were key in our choice to stay here. Room was out dated, firm simple beds, musty carpet, very spacious. Pool area has loads of rules, mold was present along the pool edging and the walls, the ceiling leaks into the pool itself, and the attendant watches the area intensely. With some updating, it would be a nice spot!

Soda and ice machines did not work . The desk clerk was not at the desk . Nor did he answer the # he posted on the door to call if you may need something . Then the free breakfast available went to get a coffee and juice he was very rude . He did not help when i asked questions .. very rude staff

The property is extremely outdated. The Keycard holder itself was torn and ripped upon checking in. That’s when I assumed the worst and what I assumed checked out. No blankets on the beds, no full bath towels, the shower had pubic or beard hair one of the two or both littered around the shower. I left at 7am and once I got home immediately showered assuming I probably had some sort of bugs within my clothing.

I didnt mind the property itself, i didnt however like the dim lighting in the room, also it was odd how we were the only ones on the one side of the building until late Saturday evening. I dont believe they have housekeeping unless you request it. Breakfast is in the front office entrance area with very little space to move around, maybe a room on the side would be better for the breakfast area. Staff in the office was nice and polite.

Hello Tammy, we will take your comments into consideration and make those changes. Our breakfast is served in the main lobby but there is a much bigger seating area in the restaurant side, through the lobby right door. We are sorry staff did not inform you of this. Thank you for your feedback.

When I went to my room there was a couple smoking crack in their car in front of my room which was a suite! Pubic hair in sink, queen bed was actually two twins put together and were unsafe as anyone got off bed would flip you/bed would flip to it’s side super unsafe! Urinal cake under beds, messed up my reservation which I made for the pool was the whole reason I went there and I had to end up paying extra money just to bring my kids swimming. Won’t be back! I made a reservation for the sole purpose of the pool which I tried a couple years earlier during Covid and had issues then with them not giving out the right information. Last time me and my family weren’t able to even swim this time ended up charging me $40 extra dollar to swim when my reservation has me and my children down plus I called and spoke to them the day prior to check in to MAKE SURE ID BE ABLE TO SWIM AS WELL AS MY KIDS. We’ll we swam but ending up costing me extra many. Also booked the suite and had. Anurinal cake under my bed, supposed to be a queen bed but was bigger I noticed and realized they just pushed to twin beds together and thru a sheet on it which was unsafe as getting out of bed the beds flipped on me plus pubic hair in the bathroom sink when I checked in. 1/5 stars don’t get me started on the horrible free breakfast and the owner is very rude and controlling their children are absolutely a nightmare- curse, fight and disrespectful to customers. I’ve tried to do this at this hotel a couple time

However, in your expedia reservation only 2 adult guest were registered in the room, therefore the Pool & Spa charged a fee for extra guest who were not registered. This information could have been updated at checkin to prevent extra charges. The owner does not reside near the property nor do they have children here, you would be mistaken. No hot water, family pool was in poor condition and the 18 plus should be open to family when not doing laps. Room was so dirty that the smell made me leave after a very short few hours there. So dissatisfied in hopes my money will be refunded. Not a family atmospheric and no working vending machines in area.

It was a pleasant stay over all but we did have a weird encounter with the man working the pool room, gave off creepy vibes. A little noise at times due to our room being in the very end near the stairs and a group of pre teens running up and down them most of the their stay.

The door was broken Five people had a loss in the room the Tub was broken Would not hold waterThe bed was comfortable plenty of heat. Does that answer your question will be stay there again I don't know

Cant complain too much. Solid price for a relatively clean and quaint room. One of our beds had a corner that wasnt stable (seemed broken at the frame joint) but didnt impact sleeping. Definatly a bit dated, but everything was functional. Cant speak to the limited breakfast options, but we did try to go to the hot tub and the facility was a little odd. It seems like locals had access to the gym/pool as well, which i wasnt ready for. We had two pools, but both didnt seem too appealing. There were small saunas and steam rooms in the bathroom that were a plesant surprise, but we had to walk across the gym to get to the small hot tub. On top of that, the time was limited to 10 minutes and didnt seem to be enough hot tub for the motel patrons of the pool/gym. Im more used to a hotel or condo group facility if staying at an airbnb, and id say those are typically much better as they are more self-service. Overall, id say just plan for the facilities to be hit or miss, and for us it was just a miss and we were fine with that. If looking to stay for cheap, id certainly return and recommend, just dont prepare to be amazed.

This is absolutely the worse hotel I have stayed in. Everything is just barely sufficient. Bedding is thin, mattress is ancient, wifi only works when no one else is on it - staff told me to figure something else out. The breakfast is disgusting. Cleanliness is borderline. In room phone doesn’t work and rattles. Smoke detector is on the nightstand with battery sticking out. Outlets mostly don’t work. Only slightly better than sleeping in my car.

Great stop with cozy Indian restaurant
I use this motel and spa a few times each year, usually as a stop driving north to ski from CT. I have brought my sons, my wife, and often a friend. The Indian restaurant, with homemade dishes, is lovely -- and has terrific local beers to go with dinner. While the motel seems to be recovering from the economic toll of the pandemic, there is a great deal to commend it, and the price is extremely fair.

Very rare to find a hotel in this price range with 2 pool complex that has a steam room. Worth staying just for that. Breakfast needs work very poor selections
