LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680m above sea level). The house is very quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. You go to the center in about 12-15 minutes.

EQUIPMENT:
The 50sqm, sunny 2 1/2 room apartment on 2 levels with a winter garden has been completely renovated and renovated and is very comfortable and cozy. In the bedroom on the upper level there is a double bed, in the cozy living room with flat screen TV and electric fireplace there is a kitchen and dining area for 4 people. In the adjoining open sleeping area there are sleeping facilities for 2 additional people on a pull-out double bed. The glazed loggia (winter garden) offers a view of the mountains and the garden and invites you to spend cozy hours. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.

OUTDOORS:
The large garden with a large proportion of lawn can be used by guests. The parking lot is in front of the house. Hiking trails and circular hiking trails start at the front door. There will be a barbecue area
currently set up.

Es ist eine mega süße Wohnung! Kleinigkeiten sind aufgefallen, waren aber nicht schlimm -Batterie Fernbedienung war leer -Lampe im Flur war defekt -Fenster im Wintergarten war undicht - Das Schlafzimmer knackt sehr laut beim Betreten und man bräuchte bestimmr noch 2 Steckdosen mehr Um was zu Unternehmen,musste man immer ungefähr eine Stunde Auto fahren Sonst seeehr schön dort !!

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Übergabe mit der netten Hausverwalterin unkompliziert. Die Aussicht vom überdachten Balkon haben wir sehr genossen, die Wendeltreppe ins Schlafzimmer war ein bisschen eng. Es hat alles gepasst, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber und in einen ordentlichen Zustand. Der Brötchenlieferservice hat super geklappt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge war sehr schön. Ist wirklich weiterzuempfehlen.

Super Wohnung
Diese Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation verlief flott und reibungslos, die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht vom Topf, Geschirr, Gewürzen, Kaffee bis hin zum Toilettenpapier. Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, man startet zum Wandern vor der Haustür. Nette Städtchen sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Brocken ist ein tolles Wanderziel für eine Tagestour, mit etwas Kondition gut ab der Wohnung zu schaffen, sonst fährt man halt ein Stück näher ran ;-). Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und bekamen gleich einige Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und über 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Viele Wanderungen konnten wir direkt von Sankt Andreasberg starten. Städte, wie Braunlage, Thale und Wernigerode sind nicht weit weg. Von dort aus konnte man viele Wanderungen tätigen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tierpark, Sommerrodelbahn besuchen. Tolle Umgebung für erholsame Stunden.

Schön gelegene und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Blick in den Harz sehr schön gelegen und zudem super ausgestattet - ein großes Plus ist der örtliche Brötchenservice. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett, wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps für die Umgebung erhalten. Insgesamt kann ich die Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

Moderne Wohnung in absolut ruhiger Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße über dem Ortskern von St. Andreasberg, in einer knappen Viertelstunde ist man zu Fuß im Ortskern. Die Betreuung war hervorragend, die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und trotzdem sehr gemütlich, nicht zuletzt wegen des tollen Wintergartens.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage.
Top Ferienwohnung in super Lage zum Wandern. Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight war der sonnige Wintergarten, auf dem man auf Liegestühlen relaxen kann, den Sonnenuntergang und den Sternenhimmel bestaunen kann. Alles sehr modisch und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Mit der Kurkarte kann man kostenlos den Bus nutzen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wirklich schöne saubere Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Lage
Wirklich tolle Wohnung, sauber, gut hergerichtet, alles was eine 4-köpfige Familie braucht war da. Der Wintergarten war der Hammer, eine tolle Aussicht und gemütlich. Bettwäsche war auch schon bezogen und Handtücher in guter Anzahl vorhanden. Die Verwalterin war sehr nett und hat zahlreiche Tipps gegeben. Die Kinder waren ebenfalls begeistert, da der Schlittenhang nur ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt war. Schlitten wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für weitere Ausflüge, ob Wurmberg, Torfhaus oder Brocken. Was will Familie mehr :-) Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
