The apartment is located in an "old Bremen house" in one of the most beautiful streets in Bremen with houses of the "Belle Epoque". 2.4 km from the train station / exhibition center, 2.6 km to the historic old town, 1.3 km to the Bürgerpark or the "Viertel". From September 2017 to spring 2018, we rebuilt on a large scale. We built a terrace, inserted floor-to-ceiling windows / doors, exposed the red stone in the living room, spatulated the walls in the living room and in the kitchen, and laid a new plank floor made of oiled oak in the living room and in the dressing room. The apartment has a washing machine and drying facilities - ideal for long-term stays.

The apartment's kitchen was originally used as a laundry room. This time still reminds of the wash kettle and the lack of laundry in the hallway.
For those interested in history: Our house once belonged to Wilhelm Schindelhauer, the director of the legendary Borgward car works. The apartment is located on the garden side of the lower floor. In front of it there are two privately used rooms, but they are not occupied. The terrace in front of the living room belongs to the apartment.
