Welcome to our pretty single-storey house in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, with its large garden and 3 bedrooms.

Located in the Chalonnière district, a 25-minute walk will take you to the first beaches and shops in Bretignolles-sur-Mer.


This 116 m² house will charm you with its luminosity and spaciousness, allowing you to comfortably accommodate up to 8 family members.

Bed and bath linen are not included in the booking price. Nevertheless, we offer hotel-quality linen for hire.

This accommodation consists of:

🔹 A dining area with a table for 6 people
🔹 A kitchen open to the dining room (fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, dishwasher)
🔹 A bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 x 200) and storage closet
🔹 One bedroom with double bed (140 x 200) and storage closet
🔹 A bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed ideal for children (sleeps 4)
🔹 A bathroom with a shower, double basins, storage unit and hairdryer
🔹 A utility room in the scullery with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and clothesline
🔹 Separate WC in the corridor

OUTSIDE:
🔹 The garden has two outdoor areas: a space behind the house with a wooden picnic table and garden furniture and a terrace with garden on the street side. You'll have parasols (one large and one small), 4 deckchairs and a barbecue.
Please note: the plot is fully fenced, but not at adult height.

We provide :
- 8 bicycles: 6 large for adults/teens and 2 for children (small and large) & 7 helmets of all sizes
- A basketball hoop with ball and a bodyboard, as well as beach games.

PLEASE NOTE: We would like to point out to travelers that parties are strictly forbidden in order to respect the site and the neighboring dwellings.

Parking will be allowed in the grounds of the accommodation (up to 3 vehicles) as well as along the street.
