“When i stayed for 4th of july there was no electricity. Room temperature at 82°. It was so uncomfortable. When I talked to front desk they said "sorry nothing we can do". “We are coming here about 30 years. This time the pool was extremely dirty. It was closed pool mid day at 100 degrees to add chlorine powder for about 30 minutes once over an entire weekend. Ice machine flooded since pipe disconnected from machine. Not fixed not drained while we were there. Got extremely bitten from mosquitoes. Music was off by the hotel so one quest blasted their music making it difficult to read or listen to a book with a bud in my ear or just relax. Very disrespectful……
