Great location and beautiful views! The team had everything prepared and gave great recommendations on local spots to check out! Building had some construction going on, and the stairs were very squeaky and one was a little loose—some small maintenance things/upkeep would have made this a 5 star but we enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely book again!

The location of the hotel was beautiful. It lies between the Atlantic Ocean and the Navensink River. The beach was private and a short walk across the street. Our room was well kept and spotless. The room should have had two chairs for guests to sit. A mirror outside the bathroom should be provided. There was no luggage rack which would have been helpful.

Had a wonderful stay! Love the proximity to the beach especially with private access. Staff was very kind. Very happy with the free parking and beautiful view from the backyard. Would have been nice if the pool was a bit cleaner, and the AC did not get to programmed temp and kept kicking off but it was tolerable.

Great stay! We stayed at the newly updated king room with the balcony, so it looked very high end and it was well kept. The pool was really clean too. The only notes: the staff were a bit light and were often on the phone or dealing with a client request when needed. Also, the bad/restaurant attached to the hotel was often not open even during the advertised hours of operation with no explanation. A bit annoying because there were times we wanted a drink on the patio. Otherwise, it’s a cute spot! The ocean access is so close and it’s free access so that was the absolute highlight. Book the nice rooms here!

Modern updated rooms on beach, i recommend third floor for ocean view (breakwater is high across street. The staff was excellent and warm and friendly. I had a lovely stay. The hotel might consider a highee capacity coffee set up, 6 cup pot not suffiecient for this sized property. I had a pleasant stay overall.

This is a great location if you are looking for both a pool and a beach. It wasn't far from restaurants and shops. The restaurant and bar were great for breakfast and lunch while at the pool. We had an issue when we first check in because we were given the wrong room. However, the manager handled the situation well. He was kind, professional, and cared about making things right in which he generously compensated us for the inconvenience. Although the situation wasn't ideal, the customer service completely changed our experience. Would definitely stay here again!
