The location was beautiful right on the beach. The front desk staff were very helpful with changing Canadian money to Bajan for the taxi driver. Just great service

I absolutely loved the hotel. When I arrived, I was very early and the staff found me a rum punch and a comfy place to wait for about 20 minutes until my room was ready. Everything was very clean and staff was completely on point. I was given a room upgrade which was lovely. After I settled, I spent the afternoon relaxing in the pool area. Circus flavored water was available with eco-friendly cups. Going back to my room to relax, I found a bottle of wine as well as a small rum cake. Very nice touch :) Bed was comfortable, air-con strong, and the WiFi worked well. I didn't get a chance to eat dinner there, however I did grab a drink in the bar before going out. Bartender made a nice drink. I liked that the hotel was very close to the main road as well as having the beach in front. It you get the chance, check out Brown Sugar's which is about a 3 min walk away for dinner. Excellent.

The place is a disaster. I got there with my family around 1 pm and sat in the lobby until 6 pm with no rooms for either my kids or my wife and I. Once we finally got 1 of the 2 rooms there was no towels. Both my wife and I woke up with daily back pain from the crappy mattress. The place only has 2 small pools. The restaurant has very limited options on the menu and the price is sky high. The beach is shared with a public beach near by where all the locals come to hang around. Don't stay there.

It's unfortunate that our generally well-received bedding was not suitable for your specific needs. Your thoughts are valuable towards our future considerations as we work towards meeting the needs of as many of our guests as possible. With regards to the beach infront of our property, all beaches in Barbados are for public use and cannot be barred from anyone. 24 hour security and surveillance which monitors any activity on the beach ensures the safety of all our guests, throughout the day. There are a few other areas you have mentioned such as linen availability that we will certainly work on to ensure such and occurrence isn't repeated. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations.
