“I’m a bit in the fence about this rental. The apartment was large, in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find and generally clean. But as some of the past reviews have stated, the apartment is in need of a deep clean. The bathroom fixtures were very clean but the walls were rather gross. They were dirty near the sink and mirror plus paint had chipped off in some areas including on the door. The bathroom ceiling was old and in need of repair. In the living room, the large blue chair needs to be...

“We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day.
We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.”

“The property is very close to the interstate and hospital. This is a plus because Little Falls has a lot of confusing one way streets. The host respond very quickly to questions. This is a first for me. I used to having to wait for the host. Last which was a big plus the host was very proactive with sending the check in information before check in date. Again this was a first for me. I’m use to getting check in information on the day of check in. The place was squeaky clean. It was...

The views are spectacular, my husband and I watched the sunrise over coffee before everyone arrived. We would recommend the quite retreat for anyone and will definitely stay here again.
