“This is a brand new property with an official opening on the 1st May 26 operated by the Ascot Group. General staff are most helpful and ready to attend to your queries however limited. Our first assigned room on the 13th Floor overlooking the golf course was perfect except for the smell coming from the bathroom. A request for a change of room was done expeditiously and the rest of the stay was pleasant. ”

“It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, it's at 7-10 mins from Tanah Rata, if you are traveling by bus, it would be advised to stay at the Center, in this place you have to take taxi every time You want to go out. It has a Laundry downstairs, 7eleven and other services.”

“Our stay at Nova Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was unclean, with a strong, unpleasant smell and visible mould on the walls and ceiling. The mould was so severe that our child developed a bad cough during our stay — It was an unhealthy and distressing environment for a family. This was truly a terrible and unprecedented experience.
