The Penthouse is fully secured and comes with a basement car park plus plenty of off street visitors parking. A coded lift takes you right to the front door. The master bed , ensuite, kitchen, lounge and large balcony are all on the first floor. The 2 queen bedrooms, family bathroom, separate toilet and sun-drenched second balcony are all on the second floor. Sit back on either of the two balconies sipping cocktails as waves roll over the sand and the sun slowly sets. Or enjoy some dolphin spotting as the kids swim in the sandy beach below. 40 paces to the local IGA, Chemist, medical precinct and bottle shop.
