Family getaway
Amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to things during our stay. Celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday and absolutely loved it! Even though it rained on our last night, there was plenty of things to do inside from playing games to having a movie night. 10/10 would recommend. Turned off our phones and just enjoyed and soaked in this family time we rarely get. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Absolutely wonderful!!
I reserved this house 2 years ago for the solar eclipse. It was absolutely wonderful. The house was probably the cleanest in which we've ever stayed, and we had a wonderful time. It had everything we could possibly need, from family entertainment to privacy. My husband and I plus our son, his wife and child, had a fantastic time. Despite the chilly pool, we still enjoyed the hot tub then the refreshing plunge in the pool. We had absolutely zero complaints. I did give the communication only 4 stars since at one point, vrbo was no longer the company offering the house. I was still communicating with them, then vrbo became the company overseeing the property again. Such a lovely property!!

Second Visit
This was our second time to stay here and we loved the pool and game room! We spent most of our stay in the pool with the kids which was refreshing in the heat. My only complaint is the master bed. It’s very “creeky” and not very comfortable. A king sized bed would be great in this room. Other than the master bed, there are no other complaints! The house is a bit dated but always VERY clean which is most important to me. We look forward to possibly staying here again!

so this place was nice, just what you expected by the description. I had one incident that was questionable. so mixed emotions. we were in the back yard boys playing in pool, we got a call from the owner, he was a bit gruff, but he informed us he was stayin near by and saw the boys jumping in pool off of pick nick table, he requested to halt that to avoid injury. I really appreciate being informed, but at the same time, he could have only seen that if he were watching us iwth binoculars, that to me was kind of creepy. the boys were a bit upset. again I appreciate him telling me, but we had 5 14 year old boys and I really don't like paying for a place to stay and then being spied on. boys were looking for cameras and kind of shaken. if you dont mind that, this is a great place to stay. the wife was very kind when I had to call her for door code. I am on the fence if I would stay again due to the spying issue.

This place is a little misleading, there is no wifi and service is spotty depending on your carrier. You are 30 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and with traffic on a Saturday its like 45 minutes. Everything in the house was outdated but we didn't mind. There was a burn ban which really sucked and we couldn't even grill anything the pool was too cold to get in but the hot tub was a hit with the kids the game room was good but the darts are a joke not a real dart board at all it's magnets they do not stick at all! Overall it was fine but for $300plus a night we could of had a much nicer place closer to beavers Bend and with Internet for those of us who work remotely and occasionally have to handle business. I really think they should be upfront about that before booking. Overall It was fine the owner was responsive but personally with 3 kids and 4 adults we won't be staying again.

Great place
We have been coming to the Browkn Bow area for about 15+ years. Usually find a cabin or other house. This house though, was the absolute best place we’ve stayed in. It was super comfortable. Felt like coming home. The pool and hot tub were perfection. The property is super clean and private yet close to town. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property and looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful property for a very needed quiet mini vacation. The house is homey and very inviting. The place was immaculate. The pool and hot tub were great. Close to town but very quiet and relaxing. Will recommend to others (already have) and will stay there again.

Pleasant retreat
Very nice and relaxing! We came for a car show and usually stay in the State Park. The show was moved to the City Park, so we looked for accommodations closer to town. Very Very pleased with location - close but yet not too close, nice and secluded. Had a great time. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. Look forward to coming back next year.

The property was beautiful.
The property is beautiful, the pool was cold so we did not stay in long. Hot tub was great, lots or chlorine but nice. The home itself was lovely. I only have a few recommendations, I was looking for a cookie sheet to make biscuits for breakfast, I could not ise the can opener, I couldn't figure out how to use one of them and the other seemed broke. Also some outside lighting for around the pool or sitting area to do dinner outside, but overall we had a great time. Good location. Also we did try to fish and there are fish in the pond we were just not successful.

Great Place
This place is just like the reviews say! If you want to be close to Broken Bow, it is a 20 minute drive so it may not be the place for you. The game room, hot tub, corn hole, were all an excellent addition! Our only recommendation is to maybe grab a couple bags of sand for your horseshoe pit ;)

The pond was great for the kiddos. We ended up catching 5 or 6 total fish. The pool table is a nightmare and needs to be replaced. The beds could use an upgrade but overall the house was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and fishing the most. The weather wasn’t pleasant so the indoor games became the focus.

4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room in the house. The game room was a hit with our two boys. Plenty of towels and kitchen has all of the necessities. Hot tube was great. Property was clean and the pond was good for family fishing. We loved our time here.

The directions to the property are just as described. Easy check in. The property is very well maintained, and the kids were excited as soon as we got there, as I'd kept it a surprise the whole way there. My 9yr old son headed straight for the pond in front to check it out. We had packed a pole, so he was caught a small bass the first day. The pool was great, and we spent several hours of both days in there. The hot tub was nice. The game room was fun too! Generally in cabins we've stayed in, it's just one of these amenities offered. I almost passed by the listing because the price was more than we've ever spent. But if you count the fact we didn't have to spend money on alot of other things to do, and the housekeeping fee wasn't the price of another nights stay (which has always been crazy to me), the price is definitely fair for the area. My son asked if we could just stay one more day lol. Hopefully we can visit again sometime next summer. Thank you for a fun and relaxing weekend! 🙂

My friends and I had a great time here. The pool was perfect since it was so warm outside. There were plenty of places to sleep, kitchen is well stocked, location is great as you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but you are close to town. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The pictures do not give this property the praise it deserve. It is beautiful from the front door to the back. Cleaning crew does an excellent job I have never seen a place so clean. The pool was awesome we loved it. It provided everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We didn't miss WiFi or televisions in the rooms at all there was so much to do. Wish we had stayed a little longer.
