“Didn’t get to code on time to get checked in. Waited 20 min at the door in the heat. Someone who lived at the property let us in. I reached out to them earlier in the day to ask for an earlier check in because my mom wasn’t feeling well. I literally had to argue with the rep to give us more towels. The refused to give me another blanket. Apartment is not handicapped accessible. Had to walk 4 flights of stairs with luggage and my elderly mother. The whole process the worst ever.
