“The staff was nice, but it’s like they did nothing to prepare the stay. Check in was 3pm, get there just after 3 and told we can’t go in the room until 3:30 because they were still cleaning it. We get to the room and it immediately stinks horribly, and nothing was clean. Our sheets and towels all had random stains on them, both beds had cigarette burns in the blanket, and the pillows were also stained. Considered sleeping in the car instead. Terrible overall experience.”

“The property looked a little bit older in person than in the pictures. The amenities were clean but I had a bad experience with the AC unit being exceptionally loud. My stay was short, so not enough time to do anything about it but disappointing. The staff were generally friendly.”

“Classical, traditional and old fashion style. The location is great and service is awesome. The hotel offer one bottle of water, then you can refill water for needs. They also give a free drink as a gift that makes customer feel so sweet. The room space is good for 2 people, and there are some pineapple decorations looks so cute. Although some devices are old but everything is great in here. Definitely a good place when visit Chicago next time.”
