We booked a reservation and when we called to confirm our booking. The hotel personnel told us we didn’t have a booking so we had to go somewhere else last minute. However, they charged us a no-show fee. Never experienced this from a hotel ever. Will never try to stay there again.

I dont see any reason why she would say NO to you that we didnt have your reservation. As far as the hotel, we did notify you that you had your reservation at the hotel. That is the reason hotel put you as a NO-SHOW and charged your for one night and refunded the seconded night, that is the best we or the hotel can do for you. Hope you have a great day.

I didn’t like that I was asked to pay for a copy of my receipt; the key lock card for the door didn’t work very well. Sometimes it would take 5 min to get the door opened.

The mirror had a crack in the room, the remote was sticky and nothing would clean it! I had to go buy clorax wipes to wipe down the room and spray Lysol for the smell. The ironing board cover was filthy with some brown stains. The towels smelt horrible……. The property had repairs and the debris was still near parking area so we had to be careful when loading and in loading our car. We had to be careful not to step on broken tile or counter tops as we walk to surrounding restaurants……

We're sorry you were unhappy. First of all I would like to thank you for staying with us. If we do not have a room type that was available downstairs, what are we suppose to do. We had Jacuzzi room available, which my employee offered to for upcharge. Since that was the only room available at the time of your check in, that was the best we could have done. We even gave to option of canceling your room reservation free of charge and you didn't want to take that either. We also tried to help you and give you a discounted rate for the Jacuzzi room then what was being charged at the time you came to check in. Hope you have a good day.

The first thing we noticed was the floor was not swept/mopped. It was real dusty and the fixtures, bed frame etc were extremely dusty. The room had a musty smell that did not go away even after the AC was on. The ironing board had wires sticking out damaging my clothes. The mini refrigerator was dirty and the freezer was over iced. I was not expecting a five star hotel here, but I was expecting more.

When I booked the property, they said they had three rooms available. When I got to the property they only had one room left and it was a smoking room, which never said anything about a smoking room when I reserved. There was leftover food in the refrigerator from the previous guests. There’s no soap on the soap dispenser in the shower and no shampoo or conditioner and soap dispenser so my daughter and I ended up showering with only water in the front desk. Attendant was a rude, and not helpful at all. I hope and pray I never have to stay in a place like this again horrible experience. Definitely not even worth a dollar.

Saw a roach upon entering the bathroom. The smoke detector was off of the wall snd had no battery to put it back on the wall. The comforter had burns in it. And the breakfast options were very limited. It didn't seem like it had been cleaned between customers and the soap dispensers were all empty.

The staff rejected our request for an extra towel and extra pillow. There were these people staying beside my room who were fighting and making so much noise until 4-5 am. This is a very cheap and low quality motel even though the price was expensive. The worst experience I ever had.

If you would have called us at the front desk about noisy neighbor we could have done something about that. It doesn't not help you when you don't mention anything to us right away. Towel situation what I had mentioned to you that you had 4 sets of towels in the room and it was only 2 of you in the room. The Pillow situation you had 4 pillows in your room. We do not have spare pillows for us to give it to any of our guest. Hope you have a great day.

it was a nice room, pictures look a bit different of the room but i got what i asked for. the jacuzzi was perfect. the only issue with our stay was that when i went to check in we were there around 3 & they told us i couldn’t check in until maybe 40 minutes later bcs their cleaning lady didn’t show. that was fine to me no big deal and we asked for an hour late checkout since they’re using up our check in time & they agreed. however, day of checkout we woke up around early 11 to banging on the door & my bf goes to check & it was a guy who worked there saying in a rude tone that we were late for checkout. our original checkout time was 11 but with that extra hour they agreed to it was supposed to be 12. so i tell my bf to tell him they said we had an extra hour bcs we couldn’t check in till like an hour later & the man said rudely ‘idc ur late ur checkout was at 11’ this is not a good thing to wake up to. we were planning on waking up 20 minutes before 12 since our stuff was already packed up and ready since it was only a 2 day stay. so being woken up like that was annoying only because they agreed to give us that extra hour due to their cleaning inconvenience. it ruined my bfs mood cus i told him the lady told us we got an extra hour and this man is coming at our door banging on it telling us to hurry up.

Property was in an excellent location for access to highways food and other attractions. What I didn’t like was that the pet pricing wasn’t stipulated up front and was an extra add on charge after the fact when checking in and not just the 10.00 dollars claimed on the website.

And sorry for not clarifying when you checked in about the bad fees 10 per pack per night is what we charge for the bad we also have a 50 deposit just in case if the pat damages any furniture or anyother hotel belongings. Specially if the pet gets on bed or sofa etc. .. we do have to get the sofa and the bedding washed that is the reason we charge 50.00 deposit for cleaning fees. If the pet does not damage anything or gets on bed, we refund 50 deposit back. Hope that clarifies your question and concern. Hope you have a wonderful day and see you again soon in near future.

Found hairs in my sheets not clean at all we didn’t have hand soap,the towel so old top of that they charge extra $11.50 because I didn’t include a infant when it’s for 4 guests.

We are sorry to hear that you were going not happy with your stay. If you would have came to the front desk and expressed your concern we could have moved you to a different room or even refund your money so you could have been comfortable some place else. Hand soap is in the dispenser that is located on the door side. $ 11.50 was charge for extra ADULT in the room. hope that clarify few things for you. We hope you have a great day.

It was very quite and peaceful! The only dislike was I was traveling with no vehicle and the Inn was on a very busy road difficult to cross to dine!
