I have stayed here multiple times as a way station on my trips from Indiana to Texas. I appreciate that it has an elevator because my knees are not great. The property is clean (though carpet looks a bit tired), but everything works and as a senior traveling alone I feel safer with rooms that don't open to the outside! Many nearby choices for food and shopping. I did have a bit of difficulty using my debit card with my Expedia reservation--so be aware of that if you, like me, only have a debit card. (We worked it out, but I know I was an exception.) Other than that, no complaints. I enjoyed my stay.

Came for the eclipse from Nevada, other hotels were price gauging asking $500 . Hometown was $75 a night. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was limited, coffee juices, muffins, toast and a waffle maker. Since I usually only have waffles it was great for me. Also was a self serve car wash next door and a Walmart across the street.

The front desk clerk was rude! Placed on Expedia 3 adults as it asked for how many adults and there were 3 and one minor (child). Said had to cancel our room and rebook. Cancelled refused to refund our money. Told us child could sleep in vehicle. Refused to let us pay for the child without having to cancel the reservation. All is on recording! Said Expedia had to refund us Expedia placed me on hold called hotel who refused to refund the money after telling us to cancel and rebook. Husband demanded to talk to manager called on phone was on speaker said all he wished to do was argue and he wasn’t he explained what we’re told and that they weren’t authorizing the refund. Blamed Expedia who was not them as they said they refused the refund. Called the cops there and cops stated this is an ongoing issue and that we placed 3 adults as it asked nothing for placing children on there. Cops told us to contact corporate and apologized for the situation and agreed it was ridiculous. We went to different hotel and all those that were coming to stay there cancelled theirs and rebooked elsewhere! Absolutely don’t stay here or give them your money it is a scam!!

We apologize for the inconvenience. But i would have to say the mentioning its not fully all fact. The fact is that Expedia does gives you options to answer for how many adults and how many children and specify there age. Because our system automatically charges based on all and a correct price is given prior booking. Expedia a calls the hotel so they dont have to pay you the money but our contract with Expedia states what they sell we will not approve unless any alternate options guest arranges with hotel we can manually help and since you choose not to do a correct booking separately we could not make an approval even though its mentioned we said the child can sleep in the vehicle which we would never do such because its again law to leave a animal or even a child in car in a parking lot. Authorities were called by us due to the abusive behavior and creating unnecessary scenes at the property was not acceptable when the policies were not read when booked and the arguments is between guest and Expedia when we have done nothing wrong. TO AVOID this its best to call hotel directly or book thru hotels direct website and you will see our policy more on black and white. Sorry for the inconvenience if Expedia tells you a different story to keep you attached to book from them not much we can do.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but after researching our records it appears this room was booked, and guest did not have any credit card for incidentals, valid ID to match the reservation and the room type was not booked based on guest/additional needed to be accommodated. Please note we tried to help cancel but it was also not completed on timely process and eventually it goes to a point we can't do nothing, and penalties are assessed. If you see you were not able to see some policies correctly speak with Expedia or call hotel or book thru hotel site for more clarity.

Property stated they would match the price of Expedia since i didn't have a credit caed for incidentals. The price charged was double that of expedia by the hotel itself. Customers never get treated with transparency, there is always it seems a hidden agenda to take more.

Do not stay a this place. You've been warned
For starters i was charged a $250 deposit for a $59 which should be a homeless shelter. A/C didn't work, fridge didn't work, toilet didn't work and when i opened the door it was an iron mark on the floor. I even asked hotel.com to relocate me but i got no results. You would think the hotel would have been nice to the ONE customer who stayed there. Even the lights in the lobby were out.. I have pictures

First of all we would like to apologize for the what you mention you experience as not working. Please note you are clearly stating all this because you are upset. The 250 hold is not even a option that we give unless managment approves. Our policy requires strickly Credit cards with this discounted booking which you did not have and apart from all alternative options our staff allowed still. Please know you did not mention any of this not working notes to the hotel staff or at check out, if this was the case you would not have stayed in the room not even 1 hour Sir. Please be fair when commenting a hotel when policies if they are not presented well by 3rd party agency that's for you to concern with them as this review is related to hotel. Sorry for any inconvenience we suggest you use our direct website in the future. Our note even shows you asked to see the room prior to even check in. Take care.

Nice and clean but upon checking in we had pre-paid on an app, they said they can see we were pre-paid then continued to charge me for the room again and they put a hold on my credit card for incidentals. It took me almost 30 minutes to make them credit my card back for double charging me.

Sir we apologize. But there was nothing charged it was a incidental hold. We require credit card for incidental even though you have prepaid reservations. It was explained incorrectly as out staff members are new in training. It shows only pending transactions and goes away.

Nice, clean room. However, the staff was overly concerned about me parking my uhaul truck on the property. I was in the process of moving long distance from Pennsylvania. There were only a few others staying in the hotel that night, so my truck did not inconvenience anyone. They wanted me to park the truck with valuables on the Walmart lot down the road. I am quite sure they would not have cared if the truck was vandalized and my things stolen. I suppose that no one has ever stayed at their hotel who was moving long distance?

If our training staff made any error we will ensure to work with them. We do accommodate parking if its been informed in advance with our next door hotel, but this was not the case and its a weekend. Unwelcoming unprofessional hotel
Was made to feel unwelcome . Had booked a few rooms for a stay for a Christian concert with the family . While taking my bags up was asked if we were sure we don’t have extra guests . Then later after I Took my bags up and inquired in the hall way by the room about what our plans were for the day . The only worker took the time to go upstairs and the Front desk worker took the time to come up and harass us and ask if everything is ok. We would come to you if we had a problem. We were all dressed up also and adults but made to feel like we were delinquents and not welcome . Toilet was dirty and stained . I had enough and Asked for refund after it kept happening and was told they can do nothing about it . Checked out early that night .

It appears from our notes that you had more than registered guest for the booking allowed. For liability reason it is necessary we book we the exact number of guest including all children's as the options are there to select. Appears that was not done and a modification was denied and for such reason you left at your own description after been offered the fees. We are trully sorry its been a challenge keeping/finding new staff and i can assure you if you would give us another chance we will make it right. The room was clean. The desk clerk was at our door at 11:00 as we were leaving not to help my wife who is handicapped but tell us we were about to overstay. His concern was not for the customer but to see we left! The breakfast was “the poorest “ excuse for one He had two slices of bread and yogurt the clerk said due to the “pandemic “ which was a lie! Terrible !

Sir, We apologize you feel that way, but i was the person whom attended you thru ought the stay. I spoke with your wife when she was at breakfast and she understood. NOTE the price that you paid for the room is the cheapest price for this town, but can garauntee you the rooms is better for sure compare to the next price up to us. I did offere your wife even at breakfast if she needed help for anyting to let us know as she was on walker. PLEASE be fair, on a courtesy call you mentioned you would be out by 11 but was not the case we just came across each other while we were inspecting other rooms after 11am so it was past c/o and you did not leave till about 11:15. We only offer limited breakfast after pandemic.

This was a no show reservation and not sure why expedia even allows to rate. But the fact of this reservation is it was non cancellable and you had no major credit card for incidental and more than the number of guest booked for. We apologize but we have some basic rules of policies you accepted on thsi booking that shoudl be followed and welcome to speak with expedia further as you choose to use there booking options. Breakfast was nearly non existent. A few pieces of bread, a few oatmeal packets, and a few muffins. No hot foods. The Tobin our room wasn’t working properly, when we asked to be moved to another room, the manager refused per staff. We were the only patrons in the whole place, so there was no obvious reason that we could not be moved. We asked to speak to the Manager and were told that he would not speak with us and they refused to give us his name. We were told we had to deal with the staff, who lied to us to cover for the manager. Staff assured us the tv would be fixed while we were out during the day. Upon return that evening, it was not done. The cable company did not arrive until close to 9:30 pm and the cable employee told us they had just called. When confronted privately, the young man on staff admitted he had lied to us on behave of the manager. Terrible experience! When we checked out, the girl at the desk, went upstairs to check our room for damage! We were the paying, honest customer but was treated as if we were trying to get something for free. Never again!!

I’ve stayed here a few times. I was somewhat disappointed this time. They used to have a nice breakfast, but I ended up going to a restaurant both mornings I was there. It was very obvious the young woman couldn’t care less about what was put out. It was hot in the dining area, so to be able to sit where it was cooler I had to clean off a table myself. She could see me doing it and made no attempt to help. There was also no coffee made and very little food.

Please know that our competitions are not even offering breakfast that are in this price range and this has changed since after covid. We do have it posted we only offer limited grab and go type breakfast. We are sorry if that was not presented well with this third party booking. Coffee we have a machine that dispense automatically it doesn't have to be made. Our goals will be to see and educate staff for sure due to the staffing challenge in the industry but will ensure to meet your expectations on the service level. Again our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
