The hotel was fantastic. We loved the location. Paid extra for a higher floor and the view was magnificent. They served a lovely breakfast in the morning. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This property provided views over the River Danube that were fantastic, at no extra cost. The food, service and staff were excellent whilst catering to many and varied nationalities. Very good value for money, I would highly recommend this hotel.

You won’t be disappointed !
Excellent location, in the heart of Budapest, views are awesome, the beautiful Capital and the bridges, room is very specious! Breakfast is also great and clean with a very good service.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable...what a view to sit and watch the beautiful Danube and the buildings. Breakfast was included and had plenty of choice to set you up for a day of exploring. Already recommended to friends.

We had 2 nights at this lovely little hotel but had harrowing experience traveling to Budapest and wound up eventually arriving 24 hours after expected. The hotel staff were so wonderful and the room and location so delightful, we really regretted not having more time there. Would definitely stay there again!

Do yourself a favour and book this hotel
I am sure this is the most beautiful hotel in Budapest. The view seems unbelievable, there are huge windows overlooking the Danube. It was amazing waking up to that view and going to sleep watching the lit up city and boats. Although it is on a street where there are trams and cars, it is vey quiet. Very central, right next to the Chain Bridge and the funicular to the Castle. The staff is very friendly, they helped us with a lot of questions regarding visiting the city and reservations for Hop On - Hop Off and boat trips (which I definitely recommend while staying there). Breakfast is great and varied, omellette was very good, the breakfast area also overlooks the great view. They helped us with parking as well, but make a reservation beforehand as they only have 3 spots. I would choose this hotel over and over again.

Great hotel, great location and great staff
Very friendly staff who could not do enough to help us. Had a different person for check in and check out and both men were fantastic. They even allowed us a later check out to meet up with our departure flight. A lot of our family from Australia have stayed at this hotel. Would highly recommend.

The entire staff was very helpful. The hotel is well located (Buda side) and has perfect views of the Parliament. The room we stayed was large and comfortable (3 beds). Bathroom has no fan, shower head is quite small (good water pressure), and shower glass is very small (causing water to leak outside). Breakfast is ok. Not a large variety, but they cook eggs to order and coffee machine is outstanding. We definitely recommend this hotel as it served us well during our visit to Budapest (2 adults 1 teen).

Great Views & Comfy Room
We had a very comfortable room with a beautiful view of the Danube and Parliament Building. The hotel had a great breakfast and Silkie made us feel at home. She memorized our order and as soon as we're came for breakfast the next day she knew our order before we could ask. The hotel was very close to public transportation and restaurants. Bolt app taxi also worked near the hotel.

3 night stay 4/7th Dec to visit Christmas Markets
Stayed at this hotel 8 years ago and was pleased to come back. Breakfast area has been extended with plenty of hot food options readily offered. Great views of the parliament building and the chain bridge. Hotel arranged transfers to and from the airport. Only slight downside is that the Christmas markets are all on the other side of the river and the nearby chain bridge is currently closed. It is prettty easy though to get on the metro 250 yds away and go two stops to the centre to access them.
