Spring Vacation

Just what we needed!
When planning a trip to Colorado we wanted views, relaxation, and a place for the entire family to enjoy. This place checks all the boxes. The walking path around the property was great for the kids to explore. The hot tub was a great place to unwind after a day off hiking, skiing, or horse back riding. The house itself felt like a home away from home. They have really thought of everything. Can't wait to go back!

Our new favorite vacation spot!
For our family of 5 teens, our best vacations are the ones where the home is the focal point and memories can be made. Gorgeous views, plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a great home layout. Was very sad to leave, and cannot WAIT to book this property again! Maureen was very communicative and helpful, especially during the snowstorm (shoveling and snow blowing). I am glad I trusted my gut when I saw this listing- the town has plenty to choose from in terms of food, groceries, things to do, and was an easy drive to Monarch for skiing. Love Buena Vista and the stunning views!!

The location of this house is fantastic, close to town but still feels remote. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great as well. Already planning our trip back and look forward to staying at this property again.

Incredible location and outstanding host!
Stayed with a large group of friends for a bike event in Leadville. This property is very nice, well kept, scenic and comfy. The location was very easy to get to from the highway. The host provided exceptionally good communication and was accommodating to our requests. 12/10 on this property and host. Would love to return to this vrbo.

Pre-Christmas Escape
We wanted a few days away from the hustle and bustle before Christmas. This was the perfect house and setting to do just that. We were able to escape into the hills and still be able to run into town for coffee and dinner. The house was fully equipped and perfect. I would absolutely stay there again, and can’t thank the owners enough for their hospitality and attention to detail.

The PERFECT Cabin

Extraordinary vacation!
We spent Thanksgiving at this beautiful cabin and our family had the best time! From the spectacular views all around the property to our daily visitors of mule deer, we loved every minute! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cooking utensils which made our Thanksgiving dinner a breeze! Thanks to Frank and Maureen, we will cherish these precious memories forever!

Excellent stay with beautiful views
We loved staying at The Inn Between. Maureen made the check in and check out process super easy and was super communicative during the whole process from booking til our last day. We enjoyed the beautiful views and the town and we're really glad for the game room to keep the kids mostly entertained. The kitchen was perfectly stocked out with dishes and all manner of pots and pans since we did all our own cooking. We would definitely love to go back to stay at the property.

Amazing Cabin view collegiant range view.
This property was amazing. Communication from the host was excellent. Very prompt. Everything was as listed and they view was absolutely amazing. Location was great. Close to town but also felt very private. We will absolutely be back. We enjoy walking the trail around the property as well as the large den kitchen area and deck. Kids enjoy the game room.

Wonderful Mountain Views
This was my family's second visit to The Inn Between and we were just as pleased as the first. Amazing views from every room and being located just outside of Buena Vista make this a perfect mountain getaway. The kids loved the foosball table and shuffleboard, and we all loved the hot tub views of Mt Princeton at sunset. Can't wait to book the next stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here! The home offers plenty of privacy, yet it’s close to everything we wanted to do: fly fishing, hot springs, hiking, feeding the chipmunks at St. Elmo, and white water rafting! We enjoyed the porch every morning and evening and loved watching the chipmunks, rabbits, and mule deer roaming free on the property! We would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Keeping this a secret
If I could, I would keep this location a secret. The property is remote enough to have unobstructed 360 degrees of Mountain View. The property was spacious, well equipped and immaculate. Maureen was a super host and was so helpful before, during and after our trip. The town of Buena Vista is not yet over taken by tourists, we enjoyed the quiet and low key feel of the area. Definitely will return in the future.

Couldn’t be any better!
Our family of 6 adults and two children ( 11 and 13) stayed in this lovely cabin for 6 nights. We all were sad to leave. Everything was perfect!! The cabin was gorgeous! Every room had a great view. Kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. The kids, and adults had fun playing shuffle board and football too. Location was fantastic! Only 5-10 minutes from town and the view of Mt. Princeton was the icing on the cake!

The cabin is as gorgeous as the pictures make it seem. All of the amenities were clean and easily accessible. The cabin itself is ideally situated for the various activities in the area. Maureen provides excellent communication and is a font of invaluable information about the area and all it offers.

What a View!
This place is amazing. Everything is as advertised. The owner is super responsive and everything was great! The hot tub is large enough for 4-5 people and works great. The game room was another perk with shuffleboard and the TV setup with surround sound. Everything worked! There were even amenities left behind from other visitors that came in handy (i.e. coffee, zip loc bags, hot sauce, etc.) My wife and I stayed here with our 2 kids, 2 uncles and 2 grandparents. There was PLENTY of room for everyone with room to spare. There are 2 futons upstairs in the loft if needed. Buena Vista is a cute mountain town just 3-4 minutes away and had enough places to get a good meal. Would definitely stay again!

Fun and relaxation with longtime friends
The large dining table was perfect for reminiscing about our friendship that has spanned decades. And the two tv rooms allowed the men to enjoy their movies and the women to enjoy their’s. Of course, the spectacular view from the main floor, especially the two story living room was breathtaking. The grounds afforded nice walks and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

A hidden gem!
We had an absolutely perfect weekend away at this property! From the second we pulled into the scenic driveway, we were greeted by 10+ deer! The home itself is breathtaking, with the most incredible panoramic views of the snow capped mountains. You can tell the home is taken care of and has been filled with love. Maureen was extremely communicative during the entire process and made us feel like the house was truly ours for the weekend. We were close enough to local attractions but felt like we could also enjoy the weekend away in the mountains in peace! We could not recommend this home and the property enough! We hope to be able to visit again in the future!!

Most awesome Log Home with Spectacular Views
This custom Log Home was even better live. Pictures are great online, but being there and seeing gorgeous views out every window was great. We enjoyed the hot tub with equally spectacular views and games in lower level. Also nice that home sits on acreage so you have true privacy, peace and quiet. We will for sure come back.
