No one behind the counter at our 11 pm arrival. The 3 rd shift gentleman was kind and generous to us for the inconvenience. He informed us the girl would leave her shift early. The next day I see people standing and waiting in the lobby. One gentleman said he had been waiting there for 20 minutes. The girl apparently came out from down the hall with another boy and a girl. The one girl had alcohol in her hands. Our room keys did not work for the outside doors and we were only given one key. Low water pressure in the sinks but shower was ok. Seemed to be only cold water in the sinks. This is my second stay at this hotel. My first experience, I had a ding dong dash experience at 11 oclock at night. The kid waited down the hall for me to open the door which never happened. He eventually went down the stairwell. The hallway near the pool is faling about because of the humidity. Mold should be investigated. It was a warm, dry, clean bed. I was grateful for that.

I love this place. Me and my family stay here often. The only issue I have is the bottom of the pool and jacuzzi feel extremely gritty and dirty. I didn’t like my feet touching the bottom at all. Other than that the place is great.

Easy check in, only stayed a night passing through to Vermont very clean, shower got hot and had decent pressure. Did not get a chance to get a free breakfast. Unfortunately got placed by a boiler room but the staff was quick to our response and moved us to another room where it was incredibly quiet. We would recommend and would stay again.

I had an average stay at this hotel. The couch in the room is filthy, but besides that, the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and the lobby is well kept.

ordered a 2 bedroom suite through expedia. They did not have a 2 bedroom suite when we checked in. Had to split up our family in 2 separate rooms. Had to get new key cards 4 different times during a 2 day stay. Torn carpets, mold near pool area. Overall not a good stay

A great hotel
The 2 room suite was excellent. Kids each had a bed and adults theirs. Loved the kitchen unit. Was close to visit family and close to restaurants. Convenient to Thurway.

Service here was problematic. Rooms aren't cleaned every day and u have to ask for new towels. Bath tub was dirty. Fire alarm went off at 8 am in morning. Room keys had to be renewed every 24 hours. Not on my return list.

Perfect room for our stay. We had 5 adults who wanted to stay together. Got a suite with 3 beds. excellent. Used to break a long trip. Very good breakfast as well.

Fire alarm went off we left the room went to ask at front desk if it was safe. We were told I dont have time to deal with you its my first day. We said we are going to check out now 11pm and not even a apology from management. We were told someone was cooking bacon our whole floor was smoke and terrible smell. Never again at that location

The bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a dirty face cloth on the shower railing where the curtain was it was dark dry and crusty. There was a tooth brush on the shower shelf and the toilet had skid marks in the bowl was not happy to walk into the room like that. Not acceptable considering it was $147 US for the night

We have stayed a few times, and we will not be back. The rooms are enjoyable with the kitchen and amenities, but the rif raf that is allowed in and allowed to stay is absolutely ridiculous. Its a free for all... people are noisy all night, when you call and say anything, nothing is ever done about it. There are people smoking Marijuana, you can smell it up and down the halls. There needs to be people that walk the halls and stop this nonsense! People are yelling, stomping throwing stuff. Its not a good spot and unsafe. Very very disappointed, and never getting a dime in return for the troubles. A good business is not run this way. Sorry tour place sucks.

The key card machine was broken from the moment we got there. So anytime you left your room and had to go back in your room, you had to go the front desk and get somebody to open your door for you. So because of this the reception staff was not happy. The room cleanliness is marginal. I don’t think that they vacuum at all.
