“We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house!”

“The cabin was spotlessly clean. Much better than staying at a hotel. We were in town for our Marine's graduation. We could all sit in the screened in porch or living room and relax and chat. The views from the dock were nice and you always saw something interesting. Lots of restaurants ten minutes away. There were four of us plus our Marine who lived five minutes away. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was just fine. It could use a little love in some areas but it was comfortable. We were there for the Half Ironman and were able to cook for our athletes. It would have been nice if there had been an icemaker or ice trays. There was construction next door from 7 am to 7 pm but we survived. The back yard was unusable for that reason.
