“The staff was so nice at the Terrace Inn. This is our second year staying there and will be going next year once again. It is a historic inn so you have to realize there are a lot of quirks that come with a very old building but I wouldn't change staying there for any of the new modern style motels or hotels. Very quaint in beautiful Bay View amongst all the old Victorian Cottages. I love it there!”

The listing photos were also misleading, as they made it appear that the room was part of the shared kitchen/home shown, when that area was actually a separate rental. “I wasn't expecting a 5 star resort, but this hotel is disgusting. Think of the worst park and ride airport hotel you have ever stayed at and make it worse. Filthy, moldy, holes in the walls, hair in the beds when we arrived, shower leaked all over the floor of the WC and vanity area every time we showered (puddles of water), room reeking of smoke, yellowed towels. The staff was friendly and nice. The rooms, hallways and common areas were almost laughably unkept. For what I paid for a weekend……
