"We were contacted by host several times after making reservation. He offered assistance, information, and advice for our stay. Broc was immediately accessible throughout our stay, outstanding host. Property is five short blocks from Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital Campus, downtown). Area is walkable, clean, and appeared to be quiet and safe. Within four blocks of subway and skyway access. House is old, located in well established, older part of town. Modern kitchen appliances (gas cooking)....

"Awesome host’s with great communication. The home is very comfortable, must be okay with stairs. Clean, great beds, open feel with good lighting and windows throughout. Love the front porch. All appliances in working order, stocked kitchen, solid internet. Just shy of a mile walk downtown or too Main Clinic buildings. Close to river walk, felt safe. Good neighborhood. Would definitely recommend"

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Close main roads, etc. the hosts were very nice and very responsive. I really appreciated them setting up the portable AC unit as it got a bit warm but not horrible, I just like it very cold! They have soft water (which I love) But if you’re not used to it you will feel like the soap is not coming off! A bath mat Would be a nice addition as the tub is a bit slippery. The deck, tables and chairs were nice to sit outside for morning coffee. Quiet...

"We really enjoyed the location of this house being a corner lot, nice neighborhood and right across from the park. Our family appreciated having two family rooms with smart TVs and the downstairs fridge and dining table. It provided spaces to go when we all needed a break from eachother :) There are several small sets of stairs, some wood - so if you have mobilty issues or small children, it may not be an ideal floor plan. One level does have 3 bedrooms with a bathroom and another level has one...
