“Our stay at this Cabo resort was a bit of a mixed bag. While the property itself is beautiful, it didn't quite live up to its five-star rating or the high price tag this trip. The highlights were definitely the physical grounds and the spa, which was exceptionally nice and well-maintained. We also appreciated the service recovery; the staff did a great job making things right after a frustrating misunderstanding regarding our check-in and credits. However, the "all-inclusive" experience fell……

“This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for……

“The pools were great and clean. The property is difficult to maneuver as there are multiple levels and the pools are on the very bottom or top. Food choices are limited as there are three restaurants at the property and you cannot walk to anything else Ubers and taxis work fine. There is NO beach access to water. You can sit on the beach but the water is off limits and very dangerous. The property is beautiful, but I wanted a beach property and this isn’t it.”
