You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with my luggage on check out, despite making several calls. I had given myself plenty of time for the airport, but that could have been an issue for someone on a tighter schedule.

Couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating to every need, to the point of the chef at restaurants double checking food orders with us because of a minor allergy and or make something completely different. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. I never had an issue with finding a spot at the pool or making a reservation. HIGHLY recommend this property. We will be back

First, the golf carts to get to any of the pools or restaurants is a hassle. Not always available, so you have to resort to walk, and if you don't like walking, think twice about this place. Then the main restroom for the 2-bedroom suite we stayed in had a jacuzzi tub that if you had a bad knee--forget about it! When I did go into the tub/shower as it's the only shower in that restroom, there was a huge blockage of rotten hair inside the drain rather plugging the drain. I called and told the front desk, but they did nothing. The cleaning person only took what I could take out with a tissue, and didn't clean out the remaining blockage. I called again, but nothing. Then there's the restaurant staff that doesn't quite want to do their job, don't listen to your order, and you have to ask over and over again. Waiting for an elevator there's a dresser/credenza that holds the hotel phone for your use to call for golf carts, etc, well some guests would leave dirty dishes on this dresser, and there sat a dirty plate and glasses for 1.5 days even with daily housecleaning, but none of them would pick this up. Then had to call 3x for more water, so if you're a water drinker like us, you'll have to make it a point that they need to stock your fridge. I just find that lazy and just don't care much about their jobs or keeping the hotel at its best.
