Amenities out of this world with access to the beach club that was amazing. The balcony is gorgeous with amazing views to the marina and extremely close to the beach club. It was clean, could use new bedsheets they seemed more on the worn side but smelled extremely clean. We enjoy our stay so much and very much recommend it

This is a mixed review because there were things we genuinely liked about this hotel. The property is beautiful-very modern with a relaxed boho vibe & the location is great, close to beaches, the marina, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues and had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had a sliding door that wouldn’t close properly, so we were moved right away. The second room was on the second level facing the main street and the noise was extremely loud starting around 6am, garbage trucks, construction, traffic, and street noise. The windows seem to have very little sound insulation because the noise sounded almost the same whether the window was open or closed. Since this was supposed to be a relaxing trip, we asked to move again. We accepted a downgrade to a room without a kitchen just to get away from the street. Unfortunately that room had a connecting door with almost no soundproofing, and we could clearly hear the guests next door talking, brushing their teeth, using the bathroom, and watching TV. At that point we asked for a refund and considered leaving, but the staff tried to help and offered a room on a new floor that was quieter. However there was no Wi-Fi and we also had AC issues. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff were kind, but the noise, room changes, lack of Wi-Fi, and AC problems made the stay disappointing. No compensation was offered.

I would highly recommend this resort. The staff was great and was a great overall experience. Clean rooms, great settings for lounging or tanning or eating!!! Two suggestions…. WiFi could be better and get more help getting drinks at the pools. On a final note Gray Line dropped the ball picking us up for a ride to the airport. After receiving confirmation from them the night before. The reception staff was very prompt on getting us a taxi so we didn’t miss our flight. That was very much appreciated!!
