Experience lake life at its finest at our newly built lakefront cabin on Caddy Lake. This cottage was built with relaxation and comfort in mind. Beautifully decorated and furnished, it offers a relaxing space with everything you need for an unforgettable family vacation. The cottage is perfectly situated on a calm bay; ideal for boating, swimming, paddle boarding and fishing. The lake and a gorgeous sandy beach is just steps from the front door! Our property offers the total lake life experience.
- Enjoy stunning lake views, sunsets and wildlife from all of the large windows. The cottage was built with picturesque views in mind to bring the beauty of the outdoors in
- Lots of comfy seating in the great room to allow for perfect lounging around the wood burning fireplace
- Ladder loft off the great room has a futon that pulls out to queen size bed
- Beautiful kitchen is fully furnished and functional.
- 3 season screen room off dining room, both have access to huge full width deck.

Rest and relaxation
My husband turned 50 and he wanted to get out of the city and be in a place where he could relax and to be away from the city noise. This place was perfect. It was spacious, clean and right by the water. It has been awhile since I have seen him this relaxed. It was a perfect experience. Would definitely book again when we need to get out of the city.

Cottage lake front
A beautiful comfortable property lakefront with wonderful views of a peaceful lake. Bed, furniture and patio furniture were all very comfortable. Large stone fireplace made the evenings very cozy. Property was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen.

Wonderful Week
This is a high end cottage that was very clean upon arrival. The cottage is exactly as described with high end finishes and comfortable beds and linens. We really enjoyed our stay and could see ourselves booking here again. The easy access to water, low profile approach to the lake, screened in porch and spacious lay out were all highlights for us. We did have a few issues that were resolved in a timely fashion and the owner was quick to respond. A few recommendations would be adult kayaks, a canoe, more outdoor seating and an umbrella for the outdoor table. We also were blessed with a beautiful week of weather. This is a great area with plenty to do - hiking, biking, fishing, and nearby beaches. It's a week we will look fondly back on. Thanks to Jason and Gerrilyn for hosting us.

Happy but disappointed in a few things
Cabin is amazing. Nice grass front for lawn games. Great dock with nice sandy beach. Amazing view of the lake. The water brings me peace. However main frustration was air conditioning not working for 5 of 8 nights. The 2 must haves for me in a cabin at this price is water front with air conditioning. Cabin accommodates 8 but only 3 deck chairs and 2 wood chairs and bench by fire pit. We would have brought 4 extra chairs had we known. Cabin appears to be made out for family (2 rooms with bunk beds, but no child amenities (sand toys, flutter boards etc). 2 youth kayaks but more for 8-12 years of age. All in all is was a great get away. I could sit on edge of dock for hours ❤️ Found the lights switches a struggle. Would be simpler with on/off switches to ensure lights were off. Just a thought. My enjoyed their stay. The weather was wonderful

Great family getaway...
We had a family Christmas - 25th wedding anniversary for folks! It was a perfect cabin for us all... Standing on the lake looking back at the cabin all lit up with the snow around was absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful Thanksgiving weekend
Our family and best friend needed a quiet weekend away to recharge our batteries. This did just the job. The loft was perfect for the teenagers to escape and have some quiet time. The fire pit was wonderful at night. The layout was perfect and we enjoyed every second of it. Everyone had a nap at least once in the two beautiful comfy chairs. Gerrilynn was very prompt to answer our questions or concerns. We think we may have started a family tradition staying here in October!

Beautiful cabin & location. Used the wood burning fireplace which made the space even more cozy.
Check out the Mcgillvary trail only minutes away by car. Suggest a handrail be added to the ladder up to the loft to make it safer. For the price of the rental I suggest firewood be included.
