The hotel was regularly cleaned and the staff were always very kind and helpful. The pool was too small for the volume of people sitting around the pool. The noise levels at night were often very disturbing with shouting and roaring often heard during the night. The hotel was a long distance from the beach although there was a free bus shuttle from 10.20 am. I would probably choose a different location next time.

Sadly disappointed
My stay was not an ocean view like I had paid for. The floors were dirty. Walking around the room from the shower to the bed back and forth had caused the bottom of my feet to become black. There was no air conditioning in the units and it was hot. The lights kept flickering on and off in the room. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and we couldn’t close it. Somebody randomly came and knocked on our door at 2am which was extremely uncomfortable until I heard them walking away.

Overall a pleasantly stay
Staff were excellent and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, but window in bathroom couldn't be opened and fan didn't work. Restaurant had a good choice of food. We had booked room only ..but probably should have changed to all inclusive as ate there mostly. Public areas - staircases particularly weren't swept or cleaned very often which was a pity. Also place had a tired look...doors and some walls needed paint. However, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Would like to have stayed longer
We only stayed one night as we wanted an hotel near the airport after a late arrival. The lady on reception greeted me by name-we must have been the only guests not to have checked in-and was extremely friendly. It was a bit of a trek to the room with all our cases but I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It was also incredibly quiet. It was only the next morning that we realised how lovely the view over the pool was and how close we were to the sea. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant very pleasant. We parked on the road just outside the hotel.

In need of an upgrade
The hotel is in a fantastic spot, and the pool area and the pool itself were absolutely spotless. We arrived an hour before check in, and were able to go to our rooms straight away one of which had a terrace by the pool. The reception staff and other staff members we encountered were very friendly. However the hotel itself was tired and in need of an upgrade, although it was spotlessly clean, it worked fir what we wanted.

Not the best but not the worse
We payed extra for views but once at the hotels they said Views could be anywhere and not meaning sea view which is fun why would anyone pay extra to get inside the hotel view? We had the room 2220 the doors of the bathroom was broken and it didn t close well. They didn't gave use clean towels everyday even after asking and they said they will.. Howewer the room was big and there is all the utilities to cook in the studio, fridge, knives plates etc.

Nice but needs new furniture
Nice hotel, beds were very comfy, shower was lovely and hot. Nice and clean too but I was disappointed that there was no sofa in the apartment for lounging on. We were only there for 5 days but any longer and it would’ve been annoying.

We enjoyed our all inclusive stay....... Staff were excellent. I would say the food was only average..... For first 4 nights the only meat options for dinner was chicken on the bone in one guise or another or pork...... On the last 2 nights there was steak and a lovely goat stew.... Desserts a little bland..... It was obvious that this menu was compiled on a budget but in my opinion if they spent just a little more on ingredients the overall experience would greatly improve. The pool bar options were very poor.... It seemed the hot dogs and burgers were leftovers in my opinion .... Chips were often reheated..... Entertainment was also poor but the animation team were great, our beds and pillows were so comfortable, overall the hotel is a little tired and a little dirty.... But even for the price it was only an OK experience.

Great value for money
Hotel is a bit tired but you get value for what it costs. The staff were excellent from the minute you check in and always have a smile on their face. They cannot do enough for you. The food is good considering it's all inclusive and you can pretty much eat and drink all day. Only downside is the bar shuts at 11pm. All I all a lovely holiday and i would go back.

Nice clean pleasant hotel staff second to none.
Staff fantastic from start to finish. Fatima had a wonderful warm smile and made us aware of everything needed to know. Pleasant surroundings lovely place to relax. I’m sure people will find things to complain about but for us just the perfect place to have a perfect holiday. Nice selection of food throughout day and great to be given free water also. Pool albeit tad cool great setting. Can’t fault this place excellent value for money.

Good Value for Money
Does exactly what it says on the tin... cheap and cheerful. Always found something to eat, food was reasonable especially considering the price. Pool area was great. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. My only one comment would be in the room we had there was no air con, I guess it’s the same throughout. That was fine for us in March as we didn’t need it, but height of the summer I would think it could be uncomfortable. For those that moan about this place... use you hands to dig deeper in your pockets and pay more for better instead of using them to moan about a hotel that does exact what it says. Good value for money.

Stayed here for one night and moved hotels room was dirty I had asked prior to arriving to have a republished room which I didn’t her on arrival and was told I would have to pay more waited until next day and was told I’d have to wait until 3pm so I check out and went to a different hote as my room was dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there food was not nice on the one evening we were there

Overall Hotel is fine. Food is good, dining area far too small so expect a queue. Facilities lacking for a sports hotel, gym and sauna have to be booked in advance and sauna is accessed via gents toilet! Our stay was half board - fans of all inclusive would probably find it lacking.

Winter sun holiday
Nice hotel along with friendly staff. Food was excellent and different each night and piping hot. good choices to choose from for everyone. Room was nice bright and airy along with good kitchen facilities. Towels changed every other day and bed linen once during our week stay.. We had a car which made it so that we could go see the other parts of the islands. There is plenty of car parking around the hotel without having to pay Would definitely recommend

I stayed for a week in December at Elba Lucia Sport & Suite hotel. It was an enjoyable stay and a nice apartment. It is based in a quiet residential area a couple of miles from Caleta de Fuste. I will be coming back to this hotel for a future stay.

You get what you pay for...
Firstly, this trip wasn't that expensive, so I braced myself for the inevitable mediocre experience... it did not disappoint... The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive... however, they are understaffed and extremely over worked. They try to offer premium service (table orders etc) on skeleton staff and it fails drastically. Queues for the bar are extensive and queues for tables during meal times are worse. They do not allow self service of any drinks, which results in extensive queues. The food is poor to average at best. The choices are limited (2 meat and 1 vegetarian option with choice of simple carbs or salad and a very poor choice of dessert). Secondly, the clientele really let the hotel down. It feels like the 'green room' on the "Jeremy Kyle Show". On one evening, a larger gentleman began to strip in the bar during the evening entertainment. He continued to accost other guests whilst topless, until he lifted the shirt of a lady to reveal her breasts, and subsequently, her nipple piercing. She was horrified, yet the staff continued to serve him alcohol... Thirdly, I am almost always disappointed in hotel entertainment... however this place took first place in the disappointment stakes... karaoke via YouTube... bingo with a photocopied bingo card and toothpick as they can't afford pens... and nobody willing to join in their afternoon activities until they offered free alcohol (... in an all inclusive hotel..) Overall, it was cheap and cheerful...

Good place to visit all island
Good food - lot of fish on dinner and supper. So everyone want to try anything alse than chips and pizza will be pleased. Typical english breakfast. Alcohol and juices from local hipermarket. Cleanliness ok - bathroom in good condition. Pool also clean and well maintened. No animation on evening - only aquarobic.

Hotel is in a quiet area and about 10 minutes from closest big town. Free shuttle bus is a great feature and very helpful. The hotel staff, in particular the bar staff are absolutely fantastic! They work so hard and always have a smile on their face and happy to help. The food wasn't great but a fair amount of options and substantial enough. Would have been great if there was more of a selection of fresh fruit, found that a lot of the apples were bruised and bananas not ripe enough to eat. We were allowed to keep our luggage on hold all day until we were ready to get the airport bus however the luggage room isn't locked which was a concern however that said we didn't have any problems. unfortunately there is no air con in the rooms which was an issue when it came to night time, quite hard to sleep in the heat. Could also hear people moving around in the room above us and a couple snoring in the room next door to us! Apart from a few concerns the hotel is what you expect of a value for money 3 star hotel but with exceptional hotel staff and very good cleaning. Really easy to use local buses and explore different towns and beaches, we had a fantastic stay.

Great hotel , highly recommend it - we went to different beaches each day - got local buses everywhere - couldn't fault the hotel apart from maybe location for elder people as it was a 40 min walk to the beach or a free hotel bus (every hour) but for me and my girlfriend it didn't matter we just strolled down in the sun or got a bus to the north or south off island - very cheap option - highly recommend the beach at the sand dunes in the north and morri Jabble south - don't go to cost calma wasn't that good - not much going on just hotels Resturant (el patio) is a must - caste del fuste - great garlic prawns & grilled goat cheese

The food selection is of poor quality unfortunatel
The food selection was of extremely poor quality. Unfortunately we struggled to eat at the restaurant and children especially did not eat there due to the choices. The room was cold and only option is to hire heaters!! Best hope is free shuttle to nearby shopping mall and fairly cheap taxi to local town to eat dinner.

Nice hotel, shame about location and Gym
The hotel its self is very nice and clean. I can not fault the staff. They are all very nice and bar / restaurant staff are excellent. The area the hotel is situated in the middle of wasteland and deserted hotels / apartments. The nearest beach is around 1.5 miles away. The kids club a bit disappointing, was only open in the morning and 3 days in the week we were there, due to valentines day. The evening entertainment was very basic, being a singer or entertainment staff trying to do karaoke.

Quiet hotel a distance away from town facilities
Lovely short break. Rooms adequate, spacious & comfortable beds. Food adequate but not catered to vegetarians. Wifi inadequate. Staff friendly & helpful. Free bus into Caleta de Fuste as long walk.

Seating uncomfortable for any length of time. Tv in room.
