It was very clean, Staff was helpful and friendly and it is located in a good area for walking. Internet wireless access was not the best as we constantly have to log in and the devices will get disconnected continuously. There was construction going on at night in the same building but not the hotel. Staff was made aware of this and took corrective action,

Not what we we're expecting but we made it work.
Stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days. Staff at reception were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in Centro on Calle 10, so traffic noise might be an issue for light sleepers. Add to that "Restaurant Row "Calle 59 is right around the corner so all the restaurants and street musicians noise continue well into the late night. Our room was standard and pretty small. Double bed was comfy but tight for 2 adults. Hotel didn't offer any queen or king options. Also no fridge in the room or access to an ice machine. We did get bottled water daily. Room had a small window, but hard to see anything outside as it was a bit high up. We were hoping for a balcony as seen in the picture but seems there's not too many of those rooms. Hotel also has no elevator if you have mobility issues. We only saw 2 rooms on the ground floor facing the courtyard where breakfast is served and they're not very private. Breakfast itself was ok, with hot and cold options. We paid extra for it, but I would recommend going outside the hotel for better options. One thing that really bothered me was the drain smell in the bathroom. We had to make sure we kept the bathroom door closed which helped a little. We liked the city itself but we're glad we only had a short stay as we also found prices on restaurant row - Calle 59 - a bit expensive.

About the elevator, because the hotel is an historical building it is not possible to make this kind of changes, but we have bell boys service availabe from 9-9, We will be working in the noise issue abuut the 59th street. This is a pleasant hotel in a lovely old building. The one downside is that many of the rooms do not have windows and I think this should be made clear on the Expedia website. We managed to move to rooms with windows but would not have been happy if we had not been able to do this.

Staff at desk absolutely not helpful. The woman at the desk ignored my requests and questions. Music playing in the whole hotel and could be heard in the room from morning till late evening. Room I booked was not available. Only staff who take care of the room were friendly and did their job properly. There is no manager supervision the young staff and the business in this hotel, everyone is free to do as they like!

Great Hotel Staff
The hotel staff was responsive to our needs. We had requested a ground floor room and they went out of their way to provide it. My wife has some difficulty with stairs and the front desk clerk noticed that and made arrangements for our breakfast to be served to us on the patio on the ground floor. Thank you!

Off site parking can be a deal breaker and , I didn’t notice it when I booked. So that’s on me. The bigger problem was no concierge! I am 68 years old and carrying my luggage upstairs was a problem.

Spare but clean deal
Very clean, centrally located room. Some rooms have a wonderful balcony that looks out onto the street, lovely, but this allows for very loud party strret scene into the room and it goes til 2 am.

Hotel Misión I’m Campeche was great !!!!
Everything was perfect. The hotel very close to the main Central Park and the amazing Catedral. Will be nice if the hotel has its own restaurant and maybe room service. The room was very nice and quiet. Good for take a rest.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were friendly but they could not locate my Expedia reservation and upon arrival had to fill out many papers to check in. Never had that experience before when booking with Expedia.

Hotel has a nice looking lobby. Unfortunately the small bars that are probably tenants of the building owner are loud until 3:00am. Would have been a ten if they’d use some of that rent for sound insulting windows.

Great location, comfortable room and a good price
The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s just a block away from the main square. It is an older building and very bright with a lovely inner courtyard. The cold drinks offered in the lobby were very appreciated. Our room was 311. It had two double beds which was fine however we had booked a room with one queen so it was not what we were expecting. Our room overlooked Calle 59 which at night becomes a pedestrian corridor full of restaurants and bars. Be prepared to fall asleep to the beat of music and laughter of those enjoying the night life below. We would not recommend having breakfast at the hotel as it was not very good.

Well located hotel
It is a good Hotel with great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable enough and according to the colonial architecture of the zone. The only downside: Breakfast area is just outside the room door (only in one level of the building), so you can be woke up by the conversations of the people there. In this stay, there was no many people, so the noise was ok.

Excelente location! But the property is next to the 59 st which is next to the Bars & Restaurant a migo is very noisy and can’t sleep from all the drunk people being to happy and singing there music of choice, if you planing to wake up early or sleep get a room inside not the street side.

The hotel is very well located but it is noisy. We could sleep well because of the loud music of the bars outside. The room is very small. They serve early breakfast but they make a lot of noise . The restaurant it´s just outside our room .

Great location!! Right in the middle of the historic district. Their staff defines service excellence. I can't thank them enough. On the downside, the hotel can be noisy at night from noise coming from the street; my room was very austere in furniture, no chest drawer to place clothes and only a very small round table that did not allow me to work with my laptop. Definitely not a business-friendly room. Don't know if other rooms were as small as mine.,

We thought breakfast was included but learned it was not. The eggs and pancakes were cold because they let the flame go out. The cost of the room was more than we expected also with the Mexican tax added.
