Fontsanta Hotel & its property are beautiful. The restaurant is simply amazing & so is the service there (thank you, Fatima). The front desk staff was helpful (especially Carolina). The housekeeping staff was top-notch. Our room could use some touch-ups in terms of paint, but the cleanliness was perfect. The spa area is a pleasant bonus but a tad run down in spots. Can definitely recommend a stay!

I found the thermal spa bit underwhelming. They have a series of plunge tubs in what amounts to your own cupboard. Neither was the spa explained or show and tell. On day 2 we figured how to get services round the pool again not explained. I was genuinely at one point told “tell me what you want to know” but I didn’t know what I needed to know! But the staff were all lovely, pleasant helpful but left you to figure it out. It’s a bit out of it so glad we only did a few nights.

Disappointing
Disappointing compared to the last time I stayed in 2019. Room was a bit shabby, the toilet flush was coming off the wall, the shower leaked into the toilet and the desk edges were chipped. Service was friendly but staff were inexperienced. Food was mediocre and service at dinner time was very slow and poor at times.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. The grounds with mobiles, sculptures and natural beauty are so peaceful. We loved the spa. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Dinner is very good. They offer a trip to the beach, which was fun. The staff is so warm and attentive. Thank you Edgar, Victoria and all the restaurant staff.

Beautiful hotel BUT the road is v noisy (can hear it outside around pool), 15min from beach...there is a shuttle but 25 euro pp after your first visit. Bikes...but they are also extra charge. Nothing else nearby expect a very small seaside town

Nice hotel. Spacious and airy rooms. Great spa facilities. Not enough seating around the pools so there was nowhere to sit unless you got up super early to reserve your spot! Location is ok but quite a lot of road noise and the beach although close is not within easy reach unless you have a car or use the hotels refuge at a cost of 25 euros per person per day! Food was ok, not that much selection though. The variety of the tapas evening was welcomed even only after three nights! Super friendly and efficient professional staff. Spotless rooms.

Very relaxing and peaceful - great spa facilities
When the gate closes behind you, you enter a peaceful garden world which always seemed quiet and personal. Very good restaurant and very nice to have access to all the spa facilities at no extra cost (except for treatments). Our room in the garden was spacious and comfortable (if a little dark). Very friendly and courteous staff. Very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely wonderful hotels! Large rooms with comfy beds and our own little terrace! 2 lovely pools with cushioned sun loungers- was never a problem getting a bed! Jacuzzis around the grounds that were perfect for a sunset dip! Spa was a complete treat - as a guest could use as much as we wanted for no extra cost! Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast team were brilliant at remembering your preferences each day! Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely love Font Santa. The staff couldn’t be any friendlier or more helpful, great spa facilities, one of the best restaurants we’ve eaten at (service, food, wine, atmosphere all spot on) and overall a very relaxing place to be. We didn’t really leave during the day as the facilities are so good.

lovely hotel, grounds etc lovely. Didn't have a treatment, but shame no hairdresser there. Gym, bit disappointing & wasn't serviced, ie water & towels, often enough. Floor from entrance to gym was very slipeery & quite dangerous. Room , suffered from a poor design, above the fridge & coffee machine are 3 "blocks" hanging down, just for show. they are dangerous & we banged our heads , quite badly!

Lovely hotel, a little out of town
Stayed for a couple of days in late April, looking for a short break somewhere quiet and a little nicer than the run of the mill. The hotel is well presented, around 5km outside Colonia de Sant Jordi. All the staff were very friendly. Spa facilities are good. I didn't use the outdoor areas much as the weather didn't co-operate, there would naturally be some traffic noise outside but not too obtrusive. The hotel restaurant is good quality but pitched towards higher end, more formal eating so you wouldn't want to eat there every night. There is a place just across the road offering more hearty cuisine. The Colonia was quite quiet out of season. I wouldn't stay here without your own wheels as the road from town isn't walkable due to traffic speeds and lack of a shoulder, and I certainly wouldn't attempt to do so at night.

Great, large, clean rooms. Amazing spa facilities. Lovely setting. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back to explore the beautiful area more - couldn't drag ourselves away from the hotel this time round! The restaurant evening meal was also faultless.

Minimoon - Quiet Getaway
The Fontsanta was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind after our wedding. We loved the beautiful grounds and always felt like we were alone - with so few guests it's easy to find your own nook on the property. We also found that it was very centrally located on the island which made exploring elsewhere easy.

Excellent resort for a Balearic Island getaway
Very relaxing spa and hotel accommodations. Set in the Mallorcan farmlands, this resort has a great spa facility with unique thermal spa experiences and treatments, a restaurant with excellent food with a flexible menu (vegetarian, gluten friendly, etc), and very lush and comfortable room accommodations. The staff is very accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

LUXURY, BOUTIQUE HOTEL
We loved Fontsanta. Amazing food and breakfast ! Loved the fact there is two pools so you dont feel like you are on top of each other. Fab beach next door called Es Trenc which gets packed every day but worth the clear crystal waters. Loved the thermal spa within the hotel, really clean and luxurious always quiet which we loved you felt like you had it to yourself and my skin looked amazing after doing the healing water spa every day for four days clear up any spots i had !! The rooms - we had to move around a bit, junior suite night 1 was lovely bould we could hear the suite behind talking in their bedroom at night and when they flushed the loo :( Night two we were in a room in the external block with upstairs and downstairs rooms. DO not book the downstairs rooms if you are noise sensitive as `i heard loos flushing and chairs being dragged across the floor upstairs and actually the second night in that room the upstairs room had a flood so we had water coming through the ceiling spot lights flowing into the bathroom sink luckily. We moved rooms the next day as I found the room too noisy plus it now smelt damp and we moved to an upstairs room which was so much brighter and no noise issue at all. The staff were lovely and very helpful but i think they need more staff when you check out as was little bit of a wait to check out !

We loved our stay at Font Santa! What a gorgeous hotel, amazing spa, fantastic staff and delicious food. We borrowed the hotels bikes & cycled to Es Trenc beach which was fab. Literally the only negative is the road noise from the road which is close by - not a problem but think important to know in advance so you are not disappointed on arrival. It didn't bother us though as the hotel is just perfect! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing. The hotel grounds were calming and relaxing, almost zen and the service was top notch and the food (free breakfast as well as our dinner reservations) was the best we had on the island. Would recommend for couples looking for a romantic + luxurious getaway, close (bike ride) to the beaches while a little removed from the beach crowds. Only comment I would make is that our room air conditioning didn't work very well, so we requested a fan and it did the trick. The spa was also a treat and although we left the hotel daily to explore and make our most out of our first time to Mallorca, we would have been happy staying at the hotel and enjoying the pool, spa, restaurant. Would recommend atlas 4 nights for first timers to the island.

My husband and I spent 3 nights of our honeymoon at the Fonsanta hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing and treated us so well.... the grounds are gorgeous and the modern rooms are kept clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing time in a beautiful setting.

Total relaxation
This hotel has to be experienced to believe how totally rejuvenating it can be. The photos on the site just do not convey enough the feeling of tranquillity and relaxation that you can enjoy here. The separate outdoor jacuzzis and daybeds that are dotted about the grounds allow you to laze in comfort. Two calm pools with more than enough loungers to go round. Breakfast is excellent and eating outdoors is a great way to start the day. The spa pool is refreshing and the gym provides just the right amount of equipment to keep you active.

Vorweg : fünf Sterne Hotel Toll und wunderschön angelegter Garten, zuvorkommende und herzliche Reception Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen „Sanierungsstau“ in der Suite Schimmel im Bad und ausgeschlagene Fliesen sowie unangenehmer Geruch aus der Klimaanlage also die Unterkunft eines fünf Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Sonstige Angestellte haben sich dem Ruhemodus der Gäste angepasst. Mein Fazit : Tolle Anlage mit Sanierungswürdigen Suiten und aufmerksamerem Personal
