Expedia had pictures of a room that doesn’t exist at this small hotel. Unfortunately, I booked the room that doesn’t exist. Hotel staffer Francisco was very helpful. The next day he was able to offer a room, while not the room I had booked, the room offered was a good alternative for us. This is a very basic hotel. If you want frills, go somewhere else. Cable TV is Spanish language only. Our stay was very pleasant. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. We will stay here again.

Cheap so want expecting wonders just the things that it says in the description or wifi in room... None. Refrigerator... None. Staff was good and the shower was probably the best we'd found down here unlimited hot water and pressure that forces you to be careful! Beds were very hard and you'll toss and turn often. Great location quiet but close to everything

The beds are horrible one you can feel the springs from the mattress and other bed it's us hard us a rock only a sheet on the bed.

It’s a nice cozy hotel near the lagoon and walking distance to the beach and supermarket. It has a swimming pool and garden. It’s right a budget. I would stay there again.

The lady lied to us saying Cancun had a mandatory mask use and wouldn't let us come in without a mask. Which we found out was a lie afterwards. They had no water to drink no shampoo no soap nothing extra because they were scared to get sick. We were not sick. Could be a very nice place to stay.

Great price,Nice lawns/views, poolside lounge, picnic tables & cabanas. Room cleaning daily. Very quiet area with good, safe walking places/ eatery. Close to Captain Hook evening cruise shows and dining. Wear a mask when checking in/ out at front office though. I would stay there again.

Good budget hotel
Hotel is fine if your looking to travel on a budget. Its close to hotel zone.rooms are clean but dated.there is no restaurant but there are lots of places real close great place to stay if you just want a hotel with no frills.

I give 4 stars because it was exactly and what I expected and wanted, a mid range hotel that is tucked out the way but within waking distance of everything. This included the 360 surf hire shack, one of the main activities I wanted to do during my 2 weeks in Cancun. The room was of a decent standard for the price with comfy king-size bed, wifi, security box, pool, and 24 hour hot water. The staff were helpful and friendly enough. Only thing I would say was that it seemed to be more local families staying there so wasn't as much opportunity to meet people, as a solo traveller, but that's not on the hotel so if you are looking for a reasonable room in a good location (regular buses run if you don't like to walk) and at a reasonable price you could do a lot worse!

Great hotel - wonderful location - just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. My room was very clean and well sized and had everything I needed. All of the staff were polite and kind. I would highly recommend for one looking for a reasonably priced accommodation in the Cancun hotel zone

The staff was good but to our standards it was not where we would normally stay.. we bought cleaning supplies to clean the r room. Beds hard everything is outdated. But if you're not gonna spend time in the room and just sleep on a budget then this is your place.

There is some holes in the building and there is animals that go through them. When we stayed there was a small lizard that came in are room. There were bugs in the room as well. They also charge you commission when you get there even after you already paid for everything online and they only take cash for it with no receipt which makes me think they made that part up.

The lady at the front was very rude. Did not greet us. The room is fine if you just need place to sleep. Nothing grand. But the front desk lady really needs some customer service training!

The pictures on the website do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. If you’re going to be exploring and sight seeing & if you’re not going to spend time in the hotel, it’s ok but if you’re planning to spend most of the time holed in, just look for alternatives. There’s no personal treatment by the check in clerk- not really rude but not friendly either.

If your on a budget this works The rooms are clean the shower is amazing the beds hard which I love , small balcony AC works well tv is good if you speak Spanish. Location is a nice 12-15 minute walk to the coco bongo beach.clubs and shopping. Nice little pool very good restaurant 10 doors down . Budget hotel yes worth the $ definitely

Great hotel! The location is perfect - in the heart of the hotel zone, walkable to a great beach, tons of restaurants, stores, etc. My room was clean and comfortable, and everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. Definitely a great value and a place I plan on returning to.

The room was super clean and tidy. Wifi is terrible and could only use it around the pool. Pool was dirty and cloudy, most of the times. No soundproof hotel, heard everything from the other rooms.
