Very welcoming and management was fantastic. Everything we needed for a peaceful and restful vacation. The condo was spacious, very clean and we enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean/beach from the private porch. We enjoyed the pool and walks along the beach. We cooked breakfast daily and searched for a different restaurant nightly with delicious foods and good music. The weather was perfect. We are NY snowbirds, so this may turn out to be our winter vacation spot annually. Great time!

Cancun Christmas 2023
This condo, location, pool and customer service exceeded all of our expectations! The condo is perfect in every way as and had the wow factor of panoramic views of the ocean, big kitchen and common areas and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The bus comes right in front of the complex. The pool is beautiful right on the beach. Miriam our hostess was outstanding from initial contact to meeting us for check in. She was in close communication and even helped us get groceries. Best hostess ever! Thanks Miriam.

The location of this condo is wonderful, not far from the airport, a calm, peaceful part of the beach. The furniture was all clean and comfortable. We LOVED that filtered water was provided both for drinking and the ice maker. We appreciated how helpful and agreeable Miriam was!!!

The Perfect Vacation
We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. I rated location 4 only because it was a little far for the times we wanted to be in the thick entertainment area, and market. Otherwise location would be a 5 as location to beach was unbeatable. Best sunrises in AM and short walk across the street for the best sunsets in the evening. Unit is accurately described, more than enough room for six adults the little bit of time we stayed indoors. Only caution we would offer is to not use the concierge at Cancun Plaza, did not find them to be very transparent, book “all-inclusive catamaran trip to IM, cost over $900 US for 6, buy the time we retuned from our trip we had spent easily another $500 for items that were extras, not including the $20 per head port fee which I was only aware of from research prior to my trip.

Hello Michael, I'm Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and loved our home away from home on the Beach. A large percentage of our guests enjoy being away from the "party zone" as it is much more quiet and less congested. It's perfect for families. However, as you discovered, if you choose to spend time in the party zone, taxis are available plus the bus systems runs all night and will drop you off in front of the condominium. Let me make on correction on your wonderful review, the "concierge" service you mentioned does not have anything to do with Cancun Plaza Condo. It is a privately run operation totally unrelated to the condominium. Thank you for letting us know and I will address this with the owner of that service in case he is representing himself as a concierge of a private condominium. Hopefully you will return and next time please ask Miriam for guidance for any trips you want to make, and she will help you with reliable vendors that we have used in the past and our guests have always had great experiences. We enjoyed our stay in Cancun! From the pool to the private beach access, everything was great! The beach and water were amazing! The description and pictures you see on the listing are exactly what you see from your porch. Beautiful!!! Miriam was so helpful before and during our stay. She did a little grocery shopping for us before our arrival, met us curbside and gave us a quick tour of the property. She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions while we were there. The restaurant on property was convenient and had a wide range of choices. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance and were both great! We can't wait to go back!

Trip of a Lifetime!
The BEST family vacation we've ever had and it would not have been possible without Miriam, the property manager. She answered questions and concerns MONTHS before our arrival. She connected us to reliable and safe airport transportation, incredible excursions-swimming with whale sharks will be a lifetime adventure we'll never forget. We saw turtles every night swim onto the beach in front of our condo to nest. We even participated in several turtle releases. Cancun Plaza exceeded expectations and we highly recommend it as the perfect family getaway. Thank you, Miriam!

Wonderful from arrival to departure! Miriam is a five star host with perfect English! She helps with all your requests and is so personable. Love meeting all the neighbors, who are regulars. Great condo on the beach
The property was as shown, and made our stay with a family of 7 a great vacation. We loved the view, private access to the beach, outdoor shower, boogie boards, and ease of transportation. We booked a lot of excursions and enjoyed pickup right at the security gate.

5 Stars - But please read!
Traveling with 6 people, 3 adults 3 kids 3, 6 and 8 in January 2023. I have lots to say, but limited space. 1. When people talk about location, this is it. If I could transport this condo with me everywhere we go, I would. The fact you walk out onto the patio, and then a few stairs lead you to the beach...is fantastic. The water is very blue, and limited sargassum. 2. The manager Miriam....is gold. Pure Gold. Wish I could take her too! 3. The condo feels like home. fully stocked, very very family friendly. I really mean fully, towels, soap (body and dish), paper towels, water and ice, both from bottled water, and some sand/water toys for the kids etc. They even have a fresh water shower outside with an additional hose which is invaluable for kids who are sandy. 4. The bus stops right outside of the condo, it’s cheap, easy and runs extremely frequent. 5. AC's are great and the condo is very tech friendly with internet and internet TV. And the laundry room is perfect when you have kids. From the moment we booked, Miriam and Lynette (owner) were very communicative, and answering all of our questions promptly. We were also connected with a driver who charged a very fair rate for airport transport for all 6 of us with bags. They were there and waiting both times to pick us up. When we arrived at the condo building, Miriam had someone meet us and help us with bags to the unit, then she arrived to give a tour and instructions personally just a few minutes later. Check in was a breeze. The rest of the stay was and wasn’t perfect. Second day, the unit above us had a plumbing leak, causing water to flood down into the master sink area. This could have made the trip horrible, but Miriam was on it! Workers in immediately, fixed and cleaned heavily. The communication was exceptional and the personal items that were destroyed by the water were paid for. Miriam also bought and delivered a birthday cake for my 3 year olds birthday, a very nice gesture. When something like a plumbing issue happens, it can become a nightmare. In this case it wasn’t more than an inconvenience. It wasn’t a result of this particular unit doing anything wrong, there was nothing they could have done to try to prevent it, and they made every single correct response to fix it. You really can’t do better than that. So my 5 star review isn’t because we had a “perfect” stay, it’s because it was the best it could have been under the circumstances. I would absolutely stay here again.

GF's Birthday Trip
First, I will start with the Property Manager Miriam. She was nothing short of excellent. She communicated with us from the moment book until the time we departed. She provides great recommendations, and was very hospitable. Now for the property itself....Location, Location, Location its a beautiful spacious villa with a private beach, and the infinity pool is great for a photo shoot as well as a swim. You could sun bathe on the beach or take quick dip in the lovely Gulf. I will definitely be booking this property again win I visit. Thanks Lynette for providing such a wonder spot for us to enjoy for our vacation.

Amazing and As Advertised
We have rented a lot of places over the years and this is definitely one of the best. The location, the view from the porch overlooking the beach, and the overall accommodation are exactly as advertised. Miriam, our host, is the excellent. She was very responsive and communicative prior to our trip. She was there to meet us when we arrived and walk us through all of the necessities. Finally, we had one or two questions during our stay and she was very responsive. This is a beautiful location right on the beach and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Also, we are a family of five with two kids in college and one in high school. Trying to find a property that fits a family of five with adult. Children is often challenging and this place was perfect.

Breathtaking
We had a great time here. Beach access is private down a small set of stairs - simple and easy. Restaurant, bar and pool are a short walk down another private path only available to this condo. Our host was second to none: she had a ton of recommendations for us, from restaurants to transportation to guides for Chichen Itza. Miriam also did some grocery shopping for us beforehand so we were stocked with essentials upon arrival. We had 2 teens, to adults, and a 78 year old mom with us, and it was perfect for all. I can't give this place a high enough rating.

Pure vacation bliss
Location, Location, Location! Perfectly seated in the beautiful Cancun. Steps from the sand and 13 miles from airport. Condo clean, well maintained, fully stocked with everything you might need for a great vacation. pool is great and shopping and eating within few miles on the bus. Our family of 7 had plenty of space to stretch out. We watched the turtles every night come up and lay eggs right from patio. Miriam was amazing and was just a text away to answer any question and give recommendations! She brought us a cake for my daughter’s birthday, made the day a lot sweeter. I will definitely come back and stay again!!! No complaints and had the best vacation ever. So much to do and see locally. I highly recommend a stay here if you want away from the party scene and peace and quiet, and private beach area not overly crowded. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow! Our family stays in a lot of vrbo homes and this was the first one that had complementary maid service, stocked everything, awesome caretaker that answered any questions we had immediately…literally pack your suit, enjoy the house and at the end walk out! Only condo to have beach access and a huge porch. The pool next door plays music but my teens loved it, and all was quiet by 9- so the turtles could come in and lay their eggs right under us! Our family of 6 had an amazing time! Perfect distance away from the downtown but close enough with front door bus stop. We Will be back!!!

We celebrated my sister in laws birthdays last week with a trip to Cancun and stayed at this condo for 5 nights. We were so pleased with our stay. Miriam the property manager was exceptional and very responsive to our needs and questions. She arranged for airport transportation as well as a Dr. to come to our condo to take our covid tests before we left. She gave us many recommendations for restaurants and loved them all. This property is a perfect spot to relax and spend time at the beach. It is in a great location on the strip, and steps away from where the bus stop is to grab a quick ride to all the restaurants and night life. Amazing Cancun Getaway
The device and cleanliness is better than any 5 star hotel I've stayed at. The location is perfect as you are right on the beach on the quit end of the hotel zone. The rooms are good sizes and the kitchen is spacious engough to make amazing meals. The food options within a 5 minute walk are great options. My family of 6, including my mom and 3 teenagers, rented this property for a week over the 2021 Christmas holiday. The property was spacious and beautiful and fully equipped. The location is the best in the Hotel Zone with private beach access. It is within walking distance of a perfect snorkeling spot on the reef. Miriam, the property manager, did an excellent job of making sure our stay was the best possible. She arranged transportation to and from the airport and was there to greet us when we arrived at the villla and answered all our questions. She gave us all the information we needed to navigate a new environment with confidence and was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had throughout the week. We had such a wonderful experience that we are already talking about coming back with friends! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely property with my family :)

Wonderful beachfront Villa!
Our experience with owner Lynette and her property manager, Miriam was excellent right from the start: great communication, immediate and responsive. Miriam set us up with airport transportation to the villa and met us as we arrived. The accommodations were clean and adequate for our group of three couples. We each had our own ensuite bathroom, which was important to us. The kitchen needs a little updating, but we managed, and prepared several meals there. The patio is awesome, looking out over the beach and that fabulous Caribbean! We sat out there every day, watching the waves roll in and soaking up the sun. We enjoyed the beach, as well, just a few steps away, and the resort infinity pool which looks out over the ocean. You can catch the bus right out front of the resort, so no need to rent a car. You can be almost anywhere along the hotel zone within 20 minutes or less. There are also a couple of very nice restaurants within walking distance. At the end of our stay, Miriam set us up with a COVID test right in our villa. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We had a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely wonderful place, comfortable, private and quiet. The views are amazing. Private balcony. Everything you need is near by. Beautiful, well maintained beach is steps away with a private gate. Turtles come out at night to sleep right outside of the balcony. It doesn’t get any better than that! We were looking to avoid large crowd and just enjoy our family time and this is defined the place! Infinity pool is awesome. If you don’t feel like going out, the restaurant at the resort is really good offering both Mexican food and pizza and hamburgers:) Our kids definitely appreciated the variety! COVID protocols are followed throughout the resort and in the restaurant. There is a bus line that goes back and forth on the main street and it’s very convenient, cheap, and an easy way to get around. Miriam, the property manager is amazing, very professional, sweet, and helpful. Can’t say enough how much we appreciated her help, responding to every silly question and making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. She made us feel welcomed, safe and most important, relaxed. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this property to our friends and family.

We just returned from our trip to Cancun and Cancun Plaza. What a wonderful place, both Cancun and the Condo! The pictures do not do this Condo justice. This unit has 3 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen with dining room and very cozy living room w/great TV. The very large deck sits right on the water. Me and my wife stayed with our two teenagers (14&18) and everybody had plenty of their own space. The infinity pool is wonderful and has a poolside bar/restaurant with great drink prices! The exterior of the condo shows its age but the interior is clean, updated and well taken care of. The property manager, Miriam, was absolutely wonderful! She worked with us prior to our arrival to arrange for airport and grocery transportation plus setting up a local gourmet chef to cook for us on several occasions. Miriam was always available for any questions we had and gave us lots of great local recommendations. Our Chef's name was Anna (Anahi) and the food she prepared far exceeded our expectations! The unit has lots of towels, chairs and boogie boards for beach and surf play. The location is great as well which is South of the main Hotel Zone and a bus ride is only 12 pesos. We will definitely stay at this unit on our next trip to Cancun!

Lovely condo!
Great condo for family or multiple couples. Three bedrooms offer privacy and each have its own bathroom. Miriam (property manager) is so helpful and very responsive. She is a gem and it’s like having a good friend there to help you. The big private terrace is the best part! Private entrance to the beach is wonderful. Getting to the pool is a short walk- less than 2 minutes. Having a washer/dryer was convenient. There is a water station in the kitchen with extra jugs so plenty of safe water to use for cleaning fruit/veggies and drinking. They even have the frig ice maker hooked up to a jug so safe ice cubes. Having American TV was great! The resort itself is just ok. Pool area always had enough chairs and good security. Pool has a bar/restaurant which was nice to grab a fun drink or quick pizza. This resort is on the southern end of the Zone so caters more to families and couples. There’s an on-site small convenience store and also a bigger one across the street. A couple of restaurants nearby otherwise easy to jump on the bus. Bus drivers were all very nice. You really can’t go wrong renting this condo! If you want to stay on the southern end and don’t want an all-inclusive, this is your place!

Wonderful
Our family of 7 really enjoyed this beach vacation. The good: The rental was reasonably priced, and the private beach access is exceptional. We really appreciated having some boogie boards to use. Miriam was wonderful as well, making sure everything was arranged before we arrived and giving us a quick, but thorough, tour after greeting us in the drive. There were basic condiments in the fridge and dishes to use, which was really helpful. There was a washer/dryer in the unit, which was fantastic. There was plenty of space for my husband and I with our 5 teens. The pool was easy to get to, though the kids preferred the ocean. The less good: The televisions were all wired to the same receiver, so changing it in one room changed it for others watching a different TV. The property was dated, as others have noted, but it was clean and functional. The water pressure in the showers could use improvement. The front room is not the master, but it should be. The shower in that room is the best in the house and the view and sliding doors to the patio are great. It only has a Queen bed, though. The property location is fairly far south in the hotel zone, so getting to shopping and restaurants takes a bit longer. Overall: We loved this place. You can't beat the private beach access. The few less good things were only minor inconveniences. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing
This was our first time visiting Cancun and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The view is spectacular, with acces directly to the beach from the patio was just what we where were looking for. I will be back ASAP and rent same spot. Miriam was so helpful and made us feel right at home. Thanks.

Beautiful Place - Right on the Beach
The condominium is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is fantastic, with a gas stove, and and all three bedrooms have great beds and all include a bathroom. Miriam, the Property Manager is wonderful. Very responsive. We were there during a tropical depression unfortunately, and it rained almost the entire time we were there. Miriam took care of any issues due to the weather, and suggested places that we could still enjoy in the rain.

Best vacation ever!!!!
Just got back from staying at this condo and my family had the best time. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need, Miriam is so organized and will answer any questions you may have. She is top notch and helped us with all of our planning. Nassim is an incredible chef and cooked delicious breakfast, lunches and dinners for us. We really didn't need to leave the house. We went out on a jet boat/snorkeling tour which was fantastic and my son's went on a scuba tour. I can't say enough about how much fun we had. Not sure why there is all this bad press about violence and that Cancun is unsafe. I hate that we even questioned security. We saw nothing unusual at all, in fact I made the comment that I felt less safe in my hometown Charlotte, NC than in Cancun. Don't listen to that nonsense! We plan on coming again next year and bringing our friends. I miss it already. THANK YOU for allowing us to stay in your little slice of heaven. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!

Awesome view, clean and safe!
Our family of 6 just stayed here. Plenty of room and best view you could ask for. About a 13 ft x 36 ft terrace overlooking beach was relaxing. Infinity pool was clean. Restaurant was really exceptional. All food was great and service was too. The restaurant had a brick pizza oven and was fresh ingredients. Miriam meets you to give you the details and she was timely, caring and just lovely. This place is a little south(which we wanted)and quieter area. 12 pesos for a bus ride anywhere uptown just outside the main gate. Anything you need from beach towels to any kitchen utensil you may need and a CO2 detector. This unit is just like home. Great decor and great beds. Lynette is just so easy to work with and it shows she take pride in giving you and your family a fun safe vacation. We most definitely be back and recommend others to support people like this that cares. Thanks for you sharing your unit with us. Chris Jarrell and family.

Great Place for a family or group vacaction!
Miram the onsite manager is Fantastic!! The place is very nice the place is well kept and clean!! The only issue we had was that the water was often not hot which has to do with the primary facility not the unit. We would definitely stay in this unit again!!
