The hotel by no means is 4 star. The rooms were not clean (towels were dirty, coffee mugs were not clean). The only benefit with this hotel is its proximity to Sydney cbd.

A superb location, convenient for all the major sights. Although the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment this didn’t impact on our stay. The staff were excellent and friendly.

Great hotel!! Loved that the suite we were upgraded to was amazing!!
All staff were very good and we had an amazing experience!! Definitely recommend and be back in the future.
