This beautifully southern-exposure renovated Villa has a breathtaking view over one of the largest intersections of Cape Coral. Gulf access via Lido canal (ten minutes by boat). You'll be greeted with a fantastic basin view from all four bedrooms and enchanting sea life including DOLPHINS. Just take a ride in your own electrical Sunslider, paddle board or take one of the three kayaks and explore the canal area. Or just enjoy everything out of your own electrical heated spa and pool.

The waterfront house offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. WIFI, AC and fans in every room. All rooms have an amazing water view and are provided with Smart-TV’s. Three queen-size beds and the master bedroom offers a king-size bed (parts/furnitures for the master will be delivered end December).

The custom kitchen was designed with entertaining in mind, comfortably seating for 8 around the high-top with view of the basin and plenty of space. The kitchen provides plenty of modern utilities. Air-fryer, rice-cooker, stand mixer, coffee machine, water-boiler, toaster, fridge with crushed ice and ice machine, etc..

The family room offers warm feeling through the seating area and faux rock electric fireplace as well as built-in window seats. A large Smart-TV with Xfinity and a sound system.

The caged Lanai offers plenty of space and an entertaining area with lounge seating and a 50’ Smart TV with a sound bar. A dining table and a smaller sunrise coffee table. Enjoy a barbecue with your family outside while using the gas barbecue. (Gas turkey cooker stored in the garage).

The pool and spa offers privacy to your neighbors. It’s a saltwater electrical heated pool with crystal clear water. A fence to protect smaller children is available in the cabinet besides the pool. The house offers four sun beds, an umbrella pool and beach toys. Four Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels are ready for your trip to the next beach.

The garden is beautifully set up with palm and fruit trees like mango or banana. Our dock offers typical floridan chairs to enjoy the view and wildlife. Catch your own fish while relaxing from the dock. Two fishing poles provided. Rent a boat and dock it on our sea wall.

Our Villa Tropikott is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need to make yourself at home. In the evening our lanai is beautiful lighted for getting cozy and entertaining moments. Our garage is for use too.

Girls Vacation
We had a wonderful Girls Get Away. We relaxed by the pool and hot tub. We watched the basketball games out on the patio. That was so nice. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the property manager came right over. She was absolutely wonderful! So very helpful!!! It was just a wonderful place to be together and spend time talking and hanging out. Just what the doctor ordered!

Wonderful location and house
My 4 kids and I stayed at this house. We had a blast as it had everything we wanted! The pool and hot tub were really nice! We also spent a lot of time by the pier looking at the wildlife like the turtle, manatee, a baby shark and a stingray. In the evenings we spent the night enjoying the pool and outdoor space with a tv, which was great for all the NCAA tournament basketball games. The sunsets were beautiful. The location of the house was great as it was less than 10 minute drive to a grocery store and Target. We just got home and we miss the place already. The host was very responsive and answered all my questions. We hope to visit again in the future.

Winter Escape
Enjoyed our 4 weeks at Villa Troikott. The outdoor area is beautiful. Lovely view. Even saw the sea turtles playing in the canal on our last day. Nicely equipped and decorated. New grill, bikes, and kayaks. Plenty to do if you get bored sitting by the pool.

Great Stay!
This place was great! The pool, the hot tub, plenty of cookware. Check-in and put Was great because there is a property manager who comes to you. Our kids had a great time during the day and at night the adults enjoyed some time in the hot tub! Close to Fort Myers beach and they had beach chairs/umbrellas for guests to use. We even got some exercise on they kayaks they had available. Overall a great place!

All the comforts of home and then some. Pristine property with an incredible view. We saw dolphins just about everyday. Pool and patio was 1st class and so much fun to enjoy. Decor of home was very comforting and very clean and prepared for our stay. Communication with owner and property manager was very responsive. Beautiful property! The pictures were very accurate, thank you! Saw dolphins in morning along with the manatee, shark, and alligator from the dock. Neat to see the incoming surge in the morning and out at night. The pool and hot tube entertained the kids! The house had everything needed. We enjoyed a trip to Miami and dipped our toes in the ocean and a trip up to Clearwater to enjoy the beach for the day. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with our family! The house itself is a reason to travel to South Florida.

Amazing getaway
This little slice of heaven was just the getaway we were looking for on this trip! It was always great to come back to this sweet escape to lounge on the porch or take a swim or just watch a movie. Our stay here was great! We utilized the outside area the entire time we were there, the hot tub and pool are amazing! The house is great for multiple couples or two families. Location is perfect as well! We rented a boat and kept it there all weekend. Steve next door was very nice and helpful as well!

Time Flies when you’re having Fun!
We stayed for 7days and couldnt believe how fast it went! The house is beautiful - the view is amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day passing through. We also saw a manitee, crabs, sea turtles and lots of friendly boaters. The pool and hot tub were great - kids had a blast. All the amenities were at our fingertips and the house manager was just a phone/text away if we had questions. Our extended family was a few houses down so our older kids loved biking back and forth to each others houses in the neighbourhood. The conservation for Burrowing Owls (baby owls were so cute!) was fun for everyone to pass when walking or biking. Steve the neighbour and his wife were great! We Canadians had a great time and will plan to book again in the future. Highly recommend :)

Welcome to Paradise
We had the most relaxing time during our visit, and Villa Tropikott was the main reason why. You will lack for nothing with this home: wonderfully decorated inside, beautiful lanai area, amazing pool and spa, kayaks, and more! We saw dolphins almost daily, and caught lots of fish right off the dock area. Great communication with the host as well. Reserve this home before it's taken! You will love your time at Villa Tropikott.

Wonderful home base for exploring SW Florida
We had a great stay at Villa Tropikott. The location on the canal is lovely - we saw dolphins and other wildlife! The pool area was so pleasant to relax in after a long day exploring the Everglades and watching Spring Training baseball! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. And most importantly, the host and the local contact Anja were extremely responsive, checking in to see if there was anything we needed and responding quickly to questions. A great week!
