The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with little to no outside noise to disrupt sleep. Reception isn’t open on weekends but there was great communication from staff giving me information of how to access anything I needed. It’s a walkable distance into the town centre, Castle and Cardiff Central station, therefore offering places nearby to get any food, shopping etc.

states you get a hairdryer - wasnt provided states there is an out of hours manager to help if anything is wrong. THERE ISNT. Just a woman in Glasgow who can do nothing. No hot water in the morning either and luke warm the previous day. complained and was in other words told i was a liar... charming.

Our Duty Manager, was indeed, based in Glasgow, however for any emergencies, in all of our locations, we have designated members of staff on call to assist. We were not notified of any issues with water during the phone call hence the reason why no one came out to fix the problem. I am sorry if you felt you were being called a liar, this is most certainly not what we were trying to say. I simply stated where the hairdryer was located and I was sorry you couldn't find it. Very comfortable and functional space in residential neighborhood close to the National Express bus station and a lovely park. About 15 minutes walk to the city center (and 20 to the train). Kind, responsive, and helpful staff. Would stay again.

I was looking forward to staying here having seen great reviews & a great score. I visit Cardiff often and have stayed in many of the hotels, so thought this would be somewhere good to try, to possibly make my regular chosen place to stay on future visits. I tried to book parking from the moment I booked (a week before our stay). It took 5 days to finally get a response about the parking! I was allocated the worst possible parking spot at the place when we arrived. Incredibly difficult to get in and out of, and can’t believe that cost £15 for 1 night! And I was parked in on the morning I wanted to leave (photo attached). The apartment was nicely decorated and welcoming, but reeked of curry. The windows had been left open (to help with this clearly), but this was seriously not ok. And it wasn’t from a takeaway from the previous guests (as we were told) from the night before, this was engrained in the place. Wasn’t the cleanest of rooms with old tissues and hairbands visible in the floor by the bed, cobwebs very visible and mildew in the basin. We had to request towels as well as there were none. There seems to be double glazing, but in old window frames, so it is very noisy. In general, I think it could be a nice place, but certainly not worth the money charged, the parking was a joke and shouldn’t have been charged for, and I’m not sure why they’re scored a 9.2 in reviews on here. But it’s an ok choice if you’re stuck with no other availability nearby.

Thank you for your review, Apologies for all the issues you found,You did come and ask me for towels which the housekeeping team had forgotten , I brought these right up to the apartment, and asked if you was happy with everything , and mentioned i was in reception if you needed anything, I appreciate you shouldn't have had any issues , however I'm disappointed we didn't get an opportunity to address any problem, I have gone over these points with the housekeeping team, Regarding parking, i can see that we had contacted you about the parking and you had been allocated that space, which is a wide space , The car you photographed was one of our staff's husband, who was dropping them off, he spoke to you outside and moved his car straight away. Good size / spacious rooms, comfortable. Not too happy about having to pick what looked like dog hairs / previous occupants hair off the duvet cover. A welcome pack of even just some bottled water would have been a nice touch. Kitchen facilities very good although didn’t utilise.
