“The location was super convenient for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. It had everything I needed and was very cozy. While it was close to the freeway, you could barely notice it while inside. I would definitely recommend this home for someone who wanted to get a feel for life in Seattle!”

“The check in instructions were a little confusing... They asked me to download a app to help with getting into the unit, but when I downloaded it, and arrived, it didn't seem like the app would help at all.. I ended up having to just open the key box to use the actual key. The outside of the unit looked a little dingy. The yard was a bit of a mess. They had a yard maintenance person come on the second day we were there and they cut the grass..but I would have appreciated being informed that……

“Tall weeds in the front and back, not appealing, back bedroom mattress dips hard to the middle, uncomfortable, bed in front bedroom-the wood slates under mattress kept falling, black ants in basement bathroom and AC didn't cool adequately, black ants in kitchen were hard to contain as we cooked and ate. ”

“Great communication, location and amenities. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with available street parking (never had an issue finding parking, even late at night) and close to Volunteer Park. Bed was very comfortable, and kitchen was clean and had everything I needed. Great stay!”

“Great Stay. About a 10 min walk to the U district line, 6 min to Trader Joes. Full kitchen which was nice for making breakfast. The basement layout it well thought out to use every inch of the place. We got lucky the first night had no one above us. Earplugs are provided to keep the upstairs noise quiet. Im a heavy sleeper so it didnt bother me like it did my husband. Only thing was it being a little chilly. There is an electric fireplace in the living room that eventually warmed the bedroom. I……

“The upside...We enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The host was very accommodating; she met us when we arrived even though it was late due to flight delays. She explained how to use the tram and was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed upstairs is very firm but comfortable. The lake is beautiful and the tram worked well. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores within a 15 minute drive and parking was easy.The downside...I feel it only……
