“Great location, just a block or so off Butler Street. Street parking can sometimes be tricky but that is Lawrenceville for you, overall no issues and we were always able to find a spot within a few blocks and often right outside. There was plenty of space for our family of four; each kid had their own room upstairs (would consider bringing a baby gate if you have a toddler; stairs are also carpeted too) and we all slept great. “Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. ”

“Off-street covered parking was such a perk in the winter. The kitchen had everything you need. The large bedroom was nice, and the place is very clean. The host was very responsive, even at 11:00 p.m. when we contacted them because we forgot to hit a button to unlock the door. It may have to do with the great proximity to one of the best cocktail bars in Lawrenceville! The door lock is easy to use. It's a very quick ride to the stadiums or incline. We will definitely rebook this apartment when……
