House by the sea near Ostuni at 250 m from the sandy beaches of Lido Specchiolla, convenient geographical location. Ostuni to ten minutes drive, Brindisi airport 20 km. It can comfortably accommodate four people.
It is located near the seafront in a quiet street just 3,000 meters from the Oracle of Torre Guaceto, the favorite tourist destination. Enjoy a large veranda with TV, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and proximity to the main expressway exits.

The accommodation is ideal for couples, groups and families with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Comfortable beds are four, for groups there is a basement equipped with windows with four additional beds.

ground floor with kitchenette and living room:
first floor with two double bedrooms with balconies and both equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower;
basement (accessible through internal stairs) with a window, a sink, a toilet.
In the garden the third bathroom with shower.
