“The room as average but was surprised on how old this Hampton Inn was with no updates. Needs a facelift. However, everything was good breakfast and staff.”
“A charming inn on the outskirts of Taos! We slept soundly for two nights here, isolated from road noise. The blueberry muffins mentioned in every review we saw are, as advertised, ridiculously good. The owners were friendly and helpful, suggesting nearby activities and food spots. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Taos!”
“Great staff, beautiful property, but during our stay the hot tub was broken, there was no shampoo or soaps for the room bath tubs, the Direct TV in the room was broken, and the Peloton bike in the gym was broken and jerry-rigged with drill holes and a pin (a place like this can certainly afford a fully functioning Peloton bike). The bar, food and staff were wonderful however.”
“Nicolas and Anna were great hosts. Nicolas is a trained chef so the breakfasts were fantastic. Hot tub is great. Nice location to look out at mountains. Very quiet. Strong recommendation!!”
“4 star aesthetic with a 2 star delivery. This place is a disaster. We arrived and the reception office was closed. At 6pm. We get to the room and the AC doesn’t work. They send over an engineer who attempts to fix it and the repair lasts 15 minutes. There is not a single operable window in the entire suite so it was 80 degrees all night. Then we try to take a bath. Jets don’t work. We were offered lots of apologies. Nothing else. No further attempt at repair. The next morning, they ran out of……
