Only criticism was communicaiton - we were to get check in instructions from the owner....and never recieved anything. No response from our attempts to confirm and find out what the check in process was. Finally reached out to the main office at Superior Shores and after some time they were able to figure out our resevation. Even they were taken aback by the lack of check in...
