“Fantastic location, gorgeous beach and views. Loved having the ocean right outside big double doors and windows. Bed was comfortable and clean. Could use some updating.”

“The view was spectacular! The experience with Expedia was awful. Thank goodness I was able to communicate with the owner. The unit is very small but, clean & neat.”

“This was a great place right on the beach!!! If you love just watching and listening to the ocean - this is fantastic! It is clean and cozy but it is a little older and outdated. It didn’t bother us but some may not like that. The kitchen was will stocked! There’s a coffee pot which is a must! There are several chairs on the balcony but some are those lower sitting chairs so it can be hard to see over the railing for some. I just scooted it closer up to see over! The low tide allowed for...

“Terrible experience, dirty place.. ”

“The only thing I would warn future guests is the property is older. If your like most of us and your life is controlled by electronics plan to unplug and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the calming ocean. The condo isnt fitted like a updated hotel with usb outlet lamps by your bed side. That being said, we spent most of the time on the balcony if not on the beach. The condo is centrally located with lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. We plan to make it a annual visit to spend...

“WONDERFUL beach and great location near lots of beautiful coastal sites and restaurants. Great tide pools in walking distance. Well stocked kitchen and bath.”

“My family thanks you for our wonderful stay! It was the perfect one night stay with breath taking views from the balcony. Highly recommend this property as it is well appointed, clean, and the hist had great communication. We will be back!”

“Great to be right on the beach!”

“Excellent view and beach access. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. Great WiFi and cable TV connectivity. Kitchen was dated but everything works. No air conditioning but we didn’t need it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“You get a great location, close to everything right on the beach with great views. But old smelly apartment that has not been updated since it was built. Cooking utensils are not useable, bring your own pan. Balcony doesn’t look safe, railing on the bottom is separated from the floor. Electronic outlets in the bedroom are dead. No usb or universal outlets. I would not return.”

“It was amazing perfect view of the ocean. Definitely be staying there again.”

“This was another wonderful stay at D Sands! We loved our balcony and the convenience of having a kitchen. And we really enjoyed having a fireplace in our room. The only bummer was that the pool was unavailable during our stay, but we understand that things happen. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The location is perfect. The condo is great for families. The murphy bed was very convenient.”

“A fantastic weekend getaway! We were literally steps from the sand and had the pleasure of the best sunset I've ever seen. There were a couple of very minor maintenance issues but it didn't affect our stay.”

“Wall had white patches from repair job not yet painted over. Bathtub was rusty and worn. Bathroom baseboard was moldy and separated from wall. No salt in kitchen. Easy chair was broken. Two small ice things in the freezer b/c there is no ice machine, What?? Could not lock balcony door b/c lock was rusted. Pool and hot tub were both VERY small and disgusting. Blobs of hair in both and water not clear. Shower at the pool did not work, even though we really wanted to rinse off after getting in...

“The updates are very nice and the place was nice and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back. We could even see the spray and arching if the whales from our window! Thank you, Troy.”
