“Exceptionally Clean. The location, view was spectacular just steps away from the beach. Has everything tou need to cook with. The shower heads could use a update, and the fireplace didn't work which was a bummer because it was chilly. Overall very nice place to stay. Would definitely go back!”

“This was the perfect location for a "Girls' Weekend". There were three of us and the 2 bedrooms upstairs plus the sofa bed downstairs was exactly what worked for us. The view of the ocean from the living room was (plus the deck) what's perfect! Lots of amenities and everything we needed to make this a perfect weekend get together! It was also close to every place we wanted to go in Lincoln City. I highly recommend it!”

“Love this condo! So spacious and very homey. In a great location for stores and food, extra plus that it’s so close to the beach and you could walk everywhere if you decide to not want to drive somewhere. Will definitely be staying here again. Great remodel! ”

“This place is just as advertised. A block from the beach in Lincoln City so it’s close to Newport, Yachats, Tillamook etc. the apartment itself is up to date, well furnished. I love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. All in all it was perfect for our needs. Be aware that it does require a bit of stair climbing which is not a problem for us. The only recommendation I would make to the owner is to perhaps provide a book with resources, restaurant recommendations, and other “FAQ’s”. We...
