Convenient Catania Stay
Marcello’s apartment was larger than we expected, which we very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the things necessary to do some home cooking (including olive oil, pasta, etc!). The hot water was a bit tricky in that it took a long time to run in the shower and would cycle between hot ant d cold, but we eventually figured out how to finesse the faucet handle to keep the hot water running consistently. Neighborhood location was very convenient for walking to many attractions, and despite it being on a noisy, narrow street, the apartment was very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this place. To top it off, Marcello was an excellent host—highly informative, quick to respond to questions, and so forth.

Very good
The loft is very spacious and clean. The terrace is cozy. The host is polite and descreet. A big store, a subway station and Circumetnea railway are really close. The historycal center is straight down the street.

Nice clean, well equipped apartment in a central location.
The property doesn't have windows in the main living areas, just an opaque glass panel and door onto the street and a glass door at the back. Consequently it is not really possible to see out, which is a bit odd. Only other issue was that the fridge (which was underneath the mezzanine) was very noisy.

Wir haben uns pudelwohl in Marcellos Apartment gefühlt. Es war beeindruckend groß und sehr sauber. Marcello konnte man jederzeit nach etwas fragen und hat uns mit tollen Restaurantempfehlungen und Tipps rund um Catania versorgt. Schöner Aufenthalt
Apartment war ganz süß, bis in die stadt waren es nur 15 Gehminuten. Der Inhaber konnte leider kein gutes Englisch, aber wir haben uns dennoch verstanden. Er war sehr freundlich. Einige Sachen hatten starke gebrauchsspuren, aber wenn etwas defekt war hat sich der inhaber gleich gekümmert.

Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für eine Woche benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt in Spaziergangnähe zu allen klassichen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Gastgeber war mehr als Hilfsbereit und auch in außerordnetlichen Notfällen hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Die Terasse ist ein defnitiv zu erwähnendes Plus und weitaus charmanter und größer als sie in der Anzeige wirkt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen...

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Das kleine Apartment befindet sich 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt in einer eher ruhigen Gasse. 50 Meter bergauf befindet sich ein bewachter Parkplatz (Green Parking), auf dem für wenig Geld sorgenfrei geparkt werden kann. 100 Meter bergab ist ein Supermarkt, sowie ein super Coffee Break. Im Stadtkern ist man zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten, wo man etliche Restaurants und Eisdielen vorfindet.

Une maison confortable et proche du centre
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine, en couple, dans cette maison. Nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire. La maison est dans la rue parallèle à la rue principale, tout se fait donc à pied. Je recommande cette jolie maison !

Lise et Damien ce sont deux gars très gentils. Après avoir expliqué les quelques règles de la maison et leur avoir donné les instructions principales, ils étaient totalement autonomes. Je tiens à les remercier en particulier d’avoir quitté la maison dans un état impeccable et très propre. J'espère qu'ils allaient bien chez moi et je conseille clairement à tout le monde de les accueillir

Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Marcello dans un appartement type loft où on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. L'appartement est bien situé, à une vingtaine de minutes du centre à pied. Nous l'avons fait avec des petits tous les jours. Il est très facile de se garer devant ainsi que faire des courses à proximité. Nous avons apprécié le tri des déchets qui est proposé. Je recommande ce bien.

Très bon séjour
Marcello est un hôte très gentil et très disponible. L appt est bien situé dans Cattane mais comptez 30’ à pied pour être au cœur de la ville. Tout le confort y est, il est bien meublé et moderne. Le stationnement se fait assez facilement dans la rue. Nous recommandons.

Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet, sauber und gepflegt. Bequemes französisches Bett. Ein netter kleiner Hof war durch die Küche zu erreichen. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nicht weit vom botanischen Garten, Geschäfte, Bus, Metro in der Nähe. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Es war sehr angenehm, Sabine und Josef zu beherbergen. Sehr nett und herzlich, autark. Ich hatte keine Probleme mit ihnen, sie respektierten die Hausordnung. Wenn sie jemals wiederkommen wollen, bin ich sehr froh, sie wieder zu hosten.

Bellissimo locale, moderno, curato, comodo, con spazi più grandi rispetto a quanto percepito nelle fotografie. Completo di tutto per un soggiorno...dal ferro da stiro al phon, biancheria da letto e da bagno e con un buon gusto per tutti gli accessori della cucina. Molto simpatico l' angolo esterno col tavolino e comodissima la parte esterna con lavanderia e stendino! Il proprietario Marcello molto disponibile e cortese.

Loft trés agréable, fonctionnel et grand pour un couple.
Tout d'abord il faut signaler la gentillesse et surtout la disponibilité de Marcello qui à su s'adapter avec gentillesse aux heures de vols qui ne sont pas toujours faciles. Le loft quand à lui et très propre, calme et bien équipé. Nous nous sommes très vite senti comme chez nous et cela à contribuer à passer un merveilleux séjour de 13 jours à Catane et nous laisser un superbe souvenir de la Sicile.

Location agréable propre et très calme
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le logement de Marcello qui est très bien équipé,nous avons apprécié la proximité de celui-ci par rapport au centre ville et aux petits commerces où nous avons pu faire nos courses,nous avons également pu garer la voiture devant la location,je recommande donc cette location, le seul inconvénient c'est la distance entre l'arrêt de bus et la location, prévoir 15 mn à pied

Das Appartement ist perfekt!Alles gepflegt und sauber,sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort,es wurde ein Zusatzbett im Wohnbereich aufgestellt.Marcello war immer zu erreichen wenn wir Fragen hatten.Er ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.Besonders gefallen hat mir,dass der Eingang direkt von der Strasse aus zu erreichen ist,also im Parterre liegt.Trotz der Jahreszeit(Dez./Jan.) konnten wir die Terrasse geniessen.Wöchentlich kam ein "Putzmann" zur Reinigung und Wäschewechsel.Das Bett ist bequem mit appetitlicher Bettwäsche.Jederzeit wieder!!

Molto carino e molto comodo, nn manca nulla!!!
Il loft è molto carino arredato con gusto ed ha tutti i confort utili. Il centro storico e' raggiungibile con una passeggiata lungo la via etnea da evitare se fa caldo oppure coprirsi con un cappello !!!! Abbiamo dormito bene posto silenzioso , vicino si trova un supermercato e un bar dove ci sono delle brioche buone e i coni senza glutine. La via etnea e' piena di negozi dove si trova ogni necessità. Da vedere il mercato del pesce a ridosso della piazza centrale e la piazza del duomo molto bella!!!!! Poco distante dalla casa ho trovato una pasticceria che fanno pizzette brioche cannoli pane e altri prodotti da forno senza glutine, delizie via Giuffrida 6.

Un loft impeccable, décoré avec goût par un propriétaire disponible et chaleureux
Merci à Marcello pour ce lieu très bien pensé. Le loft est propre, bien situé et réfléchi. De nombreux petits détails ont été pensés et font toute la différence : flyers, guides, cuisine équipée avec toute la vaisselle nécessaire, produits ménagers, jeux, etc. La déco est moderne et le loft bénéficie d'une petite terrasse pour les petits déjeuners au soleil.

Gemütliche Wohnung, zentral gelegen, alles vorhanden was man braucht vorhanden
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in dem Loft. Wir wurden von Marcello herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

It was a pleasure to host Antje and her friend. They are very nice and friendly people and totally self-sufficient. They left the house spotless and in perfect order. They are guests who would all like to have. I hope they have been good in my loft.
