FURNITURE OUTDATED BUT OK. LIVING ROOM HAD A MUSTY SMELL BUT NOT TO BAD. THERE IS NO WAY TO COMUNICATE WITH RECEPTION WHEN VIA PHONE TO TALK WITH A LIVE PERSON, THAT WAS A VERY NEGATIVE THING YOU SHOULD HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL A MUST. I WOULD STAY AGAIN.

We love this property and have stayed many times. Everything is just great but the living room furniture really needs to be updated. It’s pretty old and not at all comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, the pool and hot tub are crystal clear, good water pressure in the shower, a garage for the car is a nice feature, BBQ’s are very close to each unit and are clean, grounds are well maintained. Comfortable bed! Got checked in a bit early and staff are helpful and friendly. Wish check out was a bit later than 10:00 a.m. Can’t wait to return.

After reading reviews I already knew what to expect. I truly enjoyed my stay as it met my expectations for the price during stagecoach weekend. The rooms are extremely spacious and comforting but definitely outdated. It’s was a decent stay.

Nice and quiet! Yes, the furniture and carpet is a little old but everything seemed clean. The bed was comfy! And you have a full kitchen for those late night munchies! Will definitely come back again.

The property was convenient for an overnight airport stay. It’s clean but a bit dated and tired inside the unit. We arrived at night and had difficulty finding our unit as the lighting is poor. Parking was convenient. Front desk person was very pleasant. We were not able to enjoy all the amenities on site but the pool area looked great.

The property was very well maintained and the staff was super friendly. The pool area and grills were very clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was raintree needs to update their rooms! We stayed here in September and was on the worldmark side. Their rooms were all updated. Raintree needs to do the same

Chilly Cimarron
We have stayed several times at Cimarron. Weather was a little chilly so we needed to use the furnace. The controls were ineffective. We complained and a technician came to review. All he did was pound on the controller for about 30:minutes. The furnace was totally irradic not heating 90% of the time and actually heating when the power was turned off. We needed to wear sweatshirts and coats to watch TV. Furnace controls need to be totally replaced. Bring warm clothes!

Better than expected
I stayed in a studio which was spacious. I liked that the kitchenette was stocked with silverware and plates. I was able to make some foods in the microwave and not have to go out every meal. Laundry facility was nice, pool and hot tub were clean. I will stay again next year.

#1. No hot water at all. Turned on 3 sinks and the bath tub. Nothing but cold water only. #2. One of the bathroom sinks was also leaking. Water all over the floor and under the sink. Property manager should be calling you.

Overall we were very impressed with our accommodation. The staff were excellent. The thing we found was that the towels were not absorbent and the mattress was uncomfortable.
