“No elevator and no staff to help with bags. Breakfast was minimal and food offerings were not appetizing. The room was clean although the bathroom door was almost impossible to close. The curtains were torn and looked shabby.”

“Check-in was relatively easy and un-complicated, even though we arrived after hours. The property manager, Marilyn, was friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. There wasn't really any information in the room about what was available nearby or even the fact that there is an ice machine on site and no ice bucket is provided, so we went our whole stay without ice because we didn't know. The kitchen supplies are barely adequate for one, much less two. There were two of each thing, but……

“We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for an event that was being hosted there. The staff was amazing and always super friendly and helpful. Our room was great; very clean. I would absolutely stay there again.”

“We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things……
